The hotel is close to the sea and the location is very convenient
The perfume in the lobby is very pungent. There is free coffee and ice water. The room is small and the bathroom is spacious. The most important thing is that the bed sheets are so disgusting. They must have never been changed. The bed is very old and makes a sound when you turn over. The sound insulation is poor and the shower water pressure is very low. You can check in early and have breakfast next door. Not recommended to stay in a restaurant on the street

Henrosa Hotel is only a block from the beach in South Miami. Cutely decorated. It's even in the USA. Sounds great, right? Can you believe there is a hotel in the USA charging USA prices of $250+ that has no hot water! - no warm showers, no warm water to even wash your hands, no washcloths for even a sponge bath in a hotel one block from a sandy beach?! We've been in African hotels for 1/10th the price that have hot water! Also the hotel check-in desk was totally unresponsive - had to wait 10-15 minutes for anyone to even appear to check us in, or report a problem to! We deserve a refund for a horrible night!

Watch out for the "Resort Fee" of $36+ per day to cover "free breakfast" and access to beach chairs. The room was subpar with basic toiletries (no tissue or shower cap) and tired linens. Best part was the friendly staff - shout out to Desk Clerks Patricio and Michael!

The place is not clean. Linen and towels were dingy. I am not going back to this hotel.

Guy at the front desk was helpful - he suggested good place to park the car for $20 per night.
The coffee was not the best.
The bathroom door wouldn't move! Once you close it, you can't open it anymore, you have to lift it and put it aside. It looks like the door is too high and touches the floor.

Loved our stay. Price was fair, exactly what we needed and expected. Service was great, breakfast setup and location were great as well. We’d stay here again for sure!

Everything about this hotel is delightful from the location to the service to the lovely room, my only concern was the thin walls but we turned on some white noise from our phone and had a wonderful sleep
