I booked the spa room with hopes of being able to enjoy the outdoor patio hot tub. I wasn’t advised prior to check in that NONE of the hot tubs in this hotel worked they don’t even power on, but yet guests are being charged an extra fee for this room. Totally unacceptable!! The hallways have no AC and smells awful. The bathroom has numerous jets and a rain shower but I was unable to enjoy them and had to limit myself to the handheld only due to the extremely slow drain, the water was literally up to my ankles. Just a very redown hotel that needs to be renovated.

TERRIBLE HOTEL ! This is an 1 or 2 star hotel. Smells like smoke and felt dirty. The toilet was dirty and I paid almost $300 ♀️ for one night. I canceled as soon as I saw the place but they still changed my card. Manager wasn’t available. Rude receptionist. I chose a better hotel across the street. This is nowhere a 4 star ⭐️ hotel! Refund me my money! I don’t wanna hear your lousy response.

We had a great time the accommodations were very good. Check in was quick and the receptionist was kind and professional. The first room we were given (324) the AC was not working. We set the temperature at 65 degree when we checked and came back 9 hours later and it still showed a room temperature of 77 degrees. The receptionist gave us room 319 which was very clean and roomy. She was also kind and professional and very accommodating. However the decore in both rooms were dated and need updating. Nevertheless, staff and hotel over all was very good and we will use this hotel in the future. One person that made our stay enjoyable was Marcus at the pool. He was fantastic, personable, attentive, kept the pool area clean and tidy. In addition, he showed pride for the job he did and made us feel very welcome. Marcus is a great reflection of hospitality, professional, and how all employees should strive to be. He deserves a raise and promotion.

The rooms was everything. I love the cleanliness. I had the room with the private patio that goes out into the pool area . Staff was very friendly . Every time I would come down the elevator or go up we were greeted. The front porch dining area that is located on the property is a must try !!! The breakfast is divine !!!! Also the bike rides or free to guest , we took advantage of that and road around South Beach . I can’t forget about the beach . Free towels , chairs and umbrellas are a big big plus .

Our place to stay every time we go to South Beach. Same great experience as in the past. Best location, great suites, steps from the beach, great service, friendly staff. We also partook in the Friday night comedy show. Can’t wait for the next visit.

Great place to stay. In the middle of mostly everything. Room was cozy along with balcony. Doors to exit thru the back should have scan cards for only guest who go and come as they please instead of walking around to the front at night time. Will go again.

It's unbeliable that this is a 4 stars hotel. Front desk, aisles, and common áreas are more of a 2.5 stars place. Also, they force you to pay a "security deposit" for "incidentals" of $100 per night..the only good thing is the room and location.

Check in was nice, easy and informative. All staff were helpful, accommodating, polite and friendly. Room was clean , tidy spacious and relaxing. On-site restaurant again all staff were polite and efficient. Great choice of food on the menu and overall made to feel very welcome.

Not sure why this place has so many stars. I understand many hotels in SOBE are "vintage" or "classic" and therefore not as polished as a true 4 or 5 star hotel, but this is a strong 3 1/2 star hotel. The staff, especially the front desk, was very nice and are the reason we didn't immediately check out. I booked it on ******* because the pics looked great. When we pulled up to the hotel it was an "uh oh" moment. But, it's SOBE so we expected a bit of grittiness. We were assigned room 308 and it felt dirty, hot and the layout was weird. After about an hour of trying to get the A/C to work the lovely person at the front desk actually went to a couple of other rooms to find us a cool one and we ended up in 211, which was much better, felt cleaner, better layout and the A/C worked much better. What a nice lady, she really tried hard. But the hallways were kind of yucky & only one elevator works so in the future I'd spend a few more bucks to go to a bigger chain branded hotel.
