Overall pretty decent hotel in a great location. For the price, you get what you pay for, the room was in decent condition. The entrance definitely should be more visible as it was hard to find the place… Parking was not ideal as they suggest you park in a paid parking lot $40 a day that’s a 6 min walk from the actual hotel. The rooms were very pretty though and clean, and the service was friendly! Only complaint really is the lack of counter/storage in the ADA king bed room… there is a single sink that you would find in a powder room, with no counter or cabinets. Wasn’t too expensive especially given the close location, so would come back to this hotel. Also, I would say that I wouldn’t visit if you’re looking for a quieter stay as the walls are pretty thin and there were definitely some rowdy late night guests. Thats many places in SoBe though, so was expecting as much.

Good location. Provides baggage keeping services. Free coffee 8am-12pm. 5-10mins walk distance have CVS, restaurants and coffee shops. 10mins walk distance to the beach side/ Lincoln Rd. The Room condition was old. Room floor was not really clean. My room is double bed room, it’s no table and chair. There is no plug location, so I need to move the bed to find the charging location.

NO POOL, NO QUICK ON THE GO BREAKFAST, UPGRADES DEFINITELY NEEDED. WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A KITCHEN DIDN’T HAVE THAT

It is located near Miami South Beach and is very convenient to public transportation. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, so it was convenient. There was also a microwave, so it was nice to have a quick breakfast.

I have stayed at the Hotel Belleza on and off for several months, previously staying at Marriott hotels but the management staff (Yuri, Marianna, Julianna, Marlon and Tony) please excuse my spelling if I didn’t spell your names correctly, made the extended stay very enjoyable, the special attention to meeting guests needs and the extremely clean and very well taken care of art deco hotel is amazing, I highly recommend it for short or long term stays especially since they are very pet friendly 🐶 thank you to everyone at the Hotel Belleza for making our stay very comfortable

The property was convenient for the price as we were coming down for a concert. Not a lot going on in that area but everything is in walkable distance. Parking was a pain. Have to park off premises in garages. The staff were friendly. The place is old and could use some updates specially in rooms. It has an intense fragrance smell throughout building. I literally could taste it. The tv in our room didn’t work. The AC thermostat didn’t work either. It was cool in room just at night were trying to make it colder. Stayed stuck in 73. The pillows are massive in the room. Not very comfortable.

We stayed a couple of days after our cruise it was a short walk to the ocean the staff was very friendly the rooms were clean and comfortable would stay there again.

I write this review to thank my beautiful stay at this hotel, from the cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of the staff and the unbeatable location just 5 minutes from the beach, supermarkets and bus stops. I will come back next year, thank you so much

Thanks Hotel Belleza!! We had a great time with some friends, Santiago at the front desk was super friendly and helped us with some decisions about what to do in Miami. I really recommend it, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the location is great.

One of the best hotels on Miami Beach! Definitely 10/10 I recommend anyone to book with them. Very easy to work with and very amazing staff. Yuri is amazing and made my stays amazing with his amazing staff. Ask for Yuri for any he help very knowledgeable.

This place was great. I took my family there for a long weekend and could not be happier. Place was clean and in a great location for us. We took our son there and had a great experience. we had great dinners and a lot of relaxing time that we always need.

Lovely hotel,well situated, super friendly staff. We reserved in advance and were overall very have stayed there. The staff were very friendly. Whenever we are in Miami again,we will most surely book there again. Clean,friendly and close to the beach.

The room was spacious, clean, and the pictures online matched the room itself. The beds were comfortable. It was a great experience and great location. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Hotel was clean and I liked that had a smoking area.
