Beautiful hotel, great setting, fantastic and original bedrooms in style with the region. Top service. The owner is always present and kind, helping guests with all their requests. Breakfast is a plus. SPA and pools are fantastic! I am going back!!

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. We had 2 apartments, one was Aberta and one Brenta, or something like these were the names. The Brenta one was nice, cozy and it looked new. The other one was bigger, but felt a little outdates. Even though we paid similar amount for both of them. The breakfast was very good. A lot of options, from eggs to hams to cheeses to juices to coffee to pancakes and waffles. And the breakfast area very nice as well. The apres ski snack... not the same story. The pizzas were from boxes, only heated in the oven. The soups... terrible. The cakes were good, the same as the desserts from the night before. Dinner. I had high expectations because of all the amazing reviews saying how good the food is. The food is OK, but it's not for every taste. The gala dinner was the worst night and it doesn't go well to have that kind of food after a day spent on slopes. The other night, the food was ok. The salad buffet is very small and not a great variety. The ice cream is very good. All the desserts were delicious. The spa is nice, the reading area there is very welcoming. The pools were colder in some dats, warmer in others. In some rooms, the temperature was ok, in others a bit chilly. It's a very beautiful hotel, very stylish and modern, but still maintaining the Dolomiti style.

The rooms The rooms, frankly look brand new. Literally no visible wear and tear. We have later discovered that the owners close the hotel for 2 months before each season to fix and renovate anything that needs to be repaired. The entire hotel looks really new and fresh. We have stayed at the junior suite facing the hill. When you reserve the room make sure you know what you are getting as there are only 39 rooms in the hotel, but 9 different kinds of them. Anyway, our room had about 30 m2, and had enough space to not only sleep but actually function there as well. The king-size bed was put together from two beds, but the mattresses were firm enough that it did not bother us. The closet was big enough for two adults with winter clothing and ski gear. The bathroom was unusually big for a hotel with both the shower and bathtub. The room cleaning is done every day. The robes and flip-flops are provided. The hotel The hotel itself looks a bit like a chalet and has this quaint feeling about it. On the ground floor, there is a well-stocked bar with an ample area to lounge around. On the other side of the lobby, there is a pool and a fireplace room. You can also store your skis and boots (on heated racks) in a spacious storage room. Right next to it, there is a small playroom for kids, and further on the dinner restaurant. On the first floor, there is a well-equipped spa with saunas of pretty much every kind, and inside and outside pools. There are elevators in each part of the hotel with rooms. So, one does not have to lag the suitcases up the stairs. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the main ski gondola at Merileva 900. There is a minibus provided from the hotel to there in the morning and in the afternoon. The food Let me start with some technical conveniences. On the first floor, there is a separate dining room just for breakfast, which is an excellent idea on many different levels. The breakfast is proper with a large selection of everything one would think of eating in the morning. You can also have crepes and omelets to be made on the spot. There are snacks provided from 3 to 5 pm. The dinner starts at 7:30 pm. The dinner dining room is on the ground floor with more of an evening décor and atmosphere. The food served for the dinner is out of this world. I have traveled a lot around Italy, mostly in 4 and 5-star hotels, and this has been one of the best experiences ever. The chef in charge should get a medal! Just please don’t give him a Michelin star, or the food won’t be as pleasant to eat as it is right now. Entertainment The hotel offers a number of apres-ski/after-dinner events. While we were there, there was an introductory cocktail evening, grappa tasting, a live man-orchestra (that later in the evening came out as an excellent opera soprano) and a special evening candle-light dinner. The town There are really to Mazzanos. One goes along the main road going through the town, where most of the hotels and guesthouses happen to be. Walk a bi

The hotel was exceptional. At every point we were made to feel part of the hotel family. The staff were amazing and really went out of their way to make sure you had a lovely experience. We went during the peak school holiday time in February so half of Europe was on the ski slopes so it was nice to be able to escape and return to the hotel in the afternoons to have a relaxing swim and sauna before dinner in the evenings. The dinners were lovely and varied. 4 Courses is the usual for Italian dining so it did take a little time to make space in our stomachs for all the food! Beautiful as it was. The wine selection was detailed and paired to the meals and with the vast knowledge shared by the son of the hotel owner. The grounds were well kept and easilly accessible as well as the town being on the same road if you wanted a little walk. Access to the slopes is made very easy as they have a minibus that will drop you right at the lifts during the mornings and after 3pm. It only takes 2 minutes so really took the sting out of having all your gear on and ready to get skiing. Ok - the Spa - was a godsend! relaxing interiors and plenty of sunbeds and beanbags to chill out on before enjoing a swim or a warm pool (temperature of a lovely bath!) that led outside so you could enjoy the scenery without the cold snap! The rooms were fit for purpose with lovely big balconies to sit out on and large bathrooms - to be honest it was lovely and warm inside the whole hotel so no need for massive jumpers. Theres not too many British people there maybe because its a bit of a journey to get to the hotel from the Verona Aiport if you don't have a car but a Shutle Bus can be prebooked for them to deliver you straight to the hotel so its worth a bit of a trek. The owner was very kind at the end of our stay to come over and make sure we had a lovely stay and the hotel have a lovely touch by giving you a pot of homemade jam. I think we would love to come back even in the Summer Season as there are plenty of hikes/walks in that area. This hotel deserves 5 stars.

I don't usually write reviews but I feel I should in this case. This hotel is a wonderful place that guarantees not only luxurious conditions but also a family atmosphere. I've been here 7 times, so this is not an opinion influenced by momentary euphoria. The chef cooks so wonderfully that every dinner is an adventure and an amazing culinary experience. After dinner I always went to the bar where the bartender is not only very friendly but also makes the best Negroni in the world. If I had to sum up my stay in one word, I would write - Favoloso!

We were in Mezzana for the World Championship mountain bike races in August. At check-in at the Salvadori Hotel, we were presented with a champagne flute of apple juice made from local orchards. We were shown to our spacious and modern room in alpine style, with the warmth of wood flooring and clean fluffy white individual comforters on the bed. We had a small terrace to enjoy relaxing. The hotel provides complimentary bikes and the Val di Sole cycle path along the river Noce is breathtakingly beautiful. The complimentary Trentino Guest Card is included in your stay which among many other discounts, includes free transport on trains, and the gondola. The entire staff at the Hotel Salvadori is exceptional and will go out of their way to assist you. We purchased half-board which provides breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner. The hotel follows all covid safety protocols and at breakfast, sanitizer must be used and gloves worn for the buffet. Dinner is a sit-down affair with a sumptuous 4-course meal. A special thank you to the maître d', Carlo and Angelo, the crepe maker/waiter. The beauty of the Val di Sole and perfect accommodations at the Salvadori Hotel made for an unforgettable holiday!

Grazie a presto
