Very good and varied food. All the staff are very friendly but top marks go to the entertainment team. They are fantastic! Even on days when the weather is not so good, they find a way to make everyone have fun at the hotel! The way they interact with the guests, the activities they do, the smiles always on their faces... Wonderful! The week went by very quickly.

I do not recommend this hotel – theft and inappropriate staff behavior, and the hotel does nothing about it During my stay at this hotel, I had a very unpleasant experience that ruined my holiday. While I was on a day trip organized directly by the hotel, the housekeeper stole over €100 in cash from my room. The money was safely hidden among my personal belongings, but when I returned from the trip, it was gone. As if that wasn’t enough, the very next day an unknown man entered my room three times during the day without knocking and without any explanation. I felt extremely uncomfortable, unsafe, and like I had no privacy at all. I know that similar incidents happen quite often in Tunisia — many other guests mention missing money or belongings in their reviews. What disappointed me the most is that the hotel does absolutely nothing about it, ignores the problem, and makes no effort to protect its guests. I would expect a hotel to ensure a safe environment, properly train its staff to behave professionally, and take such situations seriously. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone

Go to jetskis, there is this super nice guy Adam, he would give you a better price. People here are super friendly amd the animation team is great.

The hotel personal is very polite and friendly with everyone.The food was amazing and i never seen so clean restaurant and room.The animation team was so funny and entertaining.

I just returned from a two-week stay at this incredible hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations — the food, the service, the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the rooms which are cleaned every day and most of all, the amazing animation team who made every single day unforgettable. Let’s start with the food — Every meal was a delight! From fresh, varied buffets to themed dinners and delicious desserts, everything was top-quality. There was always something new to try. They catered for everyone, and the flavours were outstanding! But what really made this stay exceptional was the animation team. I’ve stayed in many hotel, but I’ve never come across a group so full of energy, passion, and talent. They made us laugh, dance, and feel part of something special every day. The vibe they created was electric! Special shoutouts to: Choco – Always smiling, dancing, and making everyone feel welcome. Boyka – Super friendly, always engaging with guests, and his performances? Next level. Blacky – Absolutely hilarious and an amazing dancer. His charisma on stage and off was amazing. Junior – Also full of energy. Making everyone laugh all the time. And every other member entertaining and pulling off very high quality activities and shows all day every day. Honestly, the whole team deserves a round of applause. Every single one of them brought something unique to the experience. Whether it was pool games, dance classes, evening shows, or late-night laughs — they made it all special. By the end of the two weeks, it felt like saying goodbye to family. If you're looking for a hotel where you're treated like more than just a guest, where the food is amazing, and where the entertainment is world-class — this is the place. 10/10 – Can’t wait to come back! ❤️

We had one of the best two weeks in the hotel with fantastic staff, delicious food and drinks. All the hotel team members are amazing and friendly, always looking for the guest’s wishes. Well done for the animation team, Choco, Junior, Bojka, Marcelo, Blacky, Asis, Dido and also the team on the beach with Adam and the dolphins in the see. Highly recommended!!!!! ❤️
