Balneo Hotel Zsory wellness was good but too small. The food was really good and tasty. When we arrived and went to the room my husband's robe was torn and dirty. Cleaner got the new one but it was dirty as well. We had many problems with reception staff. We just wanted a kettle and some Nescafe to the room but the staff couldn't give it, the answer was : We can buy it on the shop. What??? Balneo Hotel is 4 stars hotel, and the guest have to buy coffee? Finally we got a kettle but was disgusting {smell and rusty}. We spend 2 days here but we booked 6 days. We never want go back this hotel. I don't recommend it.

This is a large hotel. I think every room has a balcony. The rooms are a good size with king size beds, a desk, a small table and a mini bar. The bathrooms are good. Everything is clean. Coffee and tea facilities are not provided. Beer or wine glasses are not provided in the rooms. TV includes BBC World News. There is often a waft of sulphur if the breeze is from the thermal baths. The baths are very clean. They range in temperature from quite cool to very hot. Only the hottest has the minerals. Dressing gowns and towels are supplied. One pool is in the sunshine. There are deck chairs on the grass. Drinks come in plastic if they are to be enjoyed nears the pools. There is also a sauna which we didn’t use. Breakfast and dinner were included in our tariff. It was typical cafeteria buffet. All you can eat and quite a good variety. Not great but satisfying. Coffee and fruit juice was provided. Alcohol was extra. The hotel is pet friendly.

Good food, kind personnel, relatively good wellness-area, quite a lot of parking places, included into the room-booking price. When fully booked, the wellness-area can get rather crowded - but to my experience, the mornings as well as the evenings are still OK.
