Beautiful location, excellent friendly staff and customer service. However, the website promised several menu options, as well as the full à la carte choice. Essentially we were offered a single menu du jour, the food was very good but where were all the website menus, or the à la carte.

Much better management oversight of how this hotel operates is required if is to be somewhere where I would stay again. The room I was shown to had not been cleaned properly. Dust could be seen on all of the flat surfaces (you could write your name in it, it was that thick in places) and I couldn't put any of my clothes on the wardrobe shelves or coat hangers. In addition, there was black & red mould around the bath taps and shower screen areas. When I spoke to reception desk staff, I was offered another room. However this was in just the same unclean condition, I stayed where I was and cleaned the dust off myself! These are issues that should not be happening in any hotel, irrespective of the price it charges for its rooms and can easily be addressed if the hotel management walked around the property from time to time and check things over. This is obviously not happening here. No mention of these matters was made at check-our and no apologies on behalf of the management were proffered. Oh boy!!!!....never again.

We stayed one night as a stopover on our way to our destination. The hotel is a little off the beaten track but worth the journey. It is well presented in a pretty location by the lake. There are activities to keep most occupied if you want to stay longer. The room was clean and bright, the restaurant exceptional and the service was very good. We have changed our stopover on the way home to stay here again.

Ons verblijf tijdens onze fietsreis was heel goed. De gerechten tijdens het diner heerlijk en mooi gepresenteerd. De bediening vriendelijk en attent, vooral ober Roo uit India afkomstig. Goede bedden in ruime kamer met eigen terras. Het hotel ligt pal aan t meer, met zicht hierop vanaf het terras. Kortom een aanrader voor een ontspannen week in een mooie streek.

Accueil très chaleureux et convivial. Personnel très agréable, hôtel avec vue remarquable. La chambre est spacieuse et tres propre Petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié Terrasse ombragée avec vue sur l’étang Dîner excellent! Nous recommandons !

C'est un établissement qui comporte u restaurant haut de gamme et une hôtellerie de qualité. L'accueil y est très chaleureux et de qualité. L'établissement est en bordure d'un grand étang autour duquel on peut faire des promenades.

Un personnel très attentionné une patronne très simple dévouée et accueillante, la cuisine est succulente la literie est top ,j ai passé de nuit j ai super bien dormi et mangé. Je recommande cet hôtel fortement. Le maître d "hôtel est carrément sortie de la salle de restaurant pour me montrer un deuxième Chemin afin d 'éviter la pluie en cas d averse car ma chambre était dans un autre bâtiment.
