We planned a stay at this hotel as we had tickets to see the Olympic women’s football. All trains going to Lyon that day were cancelled related to a tree down on the main tree line to Lyon. We tried numerous times to get a refund on our room and were denied by management. Very poor customer service experience for international travellers with circumstances beyond our control that required a cancellation. We will never book with this hotel chain again in the future.

Stayed several nights in this hotel (business travel). The room was small and so was the bathroom. Everything seemed relatively new. Bedding was ok. Room was soundproof and clean. Breakfast was ok, everything you need for a decent breakfast was available. Supermarket and some fast food restaurants across the street. Good quality for a decent price.

A clean hotel, well located with discreet and competent staff. Nothing to say about my room and my stay, except the elevator buttons in poor condition (although functional) and the choice in terms of breakfast which may seem limited to some.

Hotel very close to Groupama Stadium. Very warm welcome with a smile, spacious and clean room for 2 nights during a convention. A nice stay. If we needed to improve the stay, two small details: a bottle of water in the room like in many Ibis Styles and the design of the bathtub with the shower hose which makes noise when tapping on the bathtub, I could hear my neighbors taking a shower.

I just spent a few days at Ibis Style and I have to say that I was quite happy with my stay. The rooms were simple but comfortable, and above all super clean (special mention to the housekeepers who do a brilliant job). The atmosphere was nice and the staff were really attentive, it really made my stay pleasant. I think I would recommend this hotel to others, it was a great experience! Thanks to them !
