The sleep ! This is how I sum up my two-day stay in one of the chalets. Indeed, sleep is what you won't get there! From 11 p.m. and until at least 4:30 a.m., the front of your chalet and the surrounding area turn into a nightclub parking lot and other alcoholic late nights! But don't worry, you will also be treated to screams of all kinds as well as people running around your chalet. At reception, they will tell you that this is not normal, but do it again the next day. So if you want a minimum of sleep, I highly recommend another place. Don't be fooled by the frame.

We booked for 2 nights. Apparently these are nice, with the spa on offer, the lake etc... but then when you want to sleep these are impossible!!!! Cars from 11 p.m. arrive and park everywhere to go clubbing. Her cry outside between 11 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. the security guard is impossible to reach and in any case does nothing to have seen her!!! At reception we were told that this was not normal. But the night after these rebellions!!!! These the worst place I have been!!!! Pay 120 euros per night for no thanks!!!!!

We rented a three-bedroom bungalow. We went to sleep and in one of the rooms, in a single bed, there were bedbugs, only in one, mine, so I woke up full of bites thinking they were mosquitoes, but no, they were bedbugs. I hope they disinfect this bungalow.

Longes are mobile homes without much appeal. Be careful if you are staying on the weekend, there is a nightclub in the middle of the complex which attracts a lot of people and traffic. For our part, the night was horrible. The spa raises the score, very friendly welcome.

We called on Saturday morning to reserve a table at the restaurant for 5 people, specifying that we wanted to be at the edge to enjoy the view of the water. We were told: first come, first served. Arrived there at 7:30 p.m., no one on the terrace. We had not been noted in the reservations. We told the head of department what we had been told on the phone that morning. The directive tone made us feel like we were being attacked. We are told: everything is already reserved and your request is the same as everyone else. The service lacks a smile! The orders are directive and lack discretion. The table which was close to the console allowed us to hear all the servers' comments. There is a lack of competent staff. We are asked for desserts from the aperitif. The starters arrived at the same time as the appetizers. The glasses of wine would never have arrived without a complaint from us. When dessert time arrived, we were asked for more desserts. During the meal the bottle of sparkling water was never served. One of the chairs at the table was broken despite the cushion. When we ask for the bill, a young, inexperienced waitress (probably an extra) forces us to pay without wanting to show us the bill. It was too much being in the profession ourselves! We expressed our dissatisfaction and our experience of the dinner to the manager with whom we had our differences upon arrival. She was sorry because there was the effect of stress and after a cordial discussion, she offered us aperitifs. A story that ends well, even if it was difficult to relax as a family around a very good dish and a very pretty setting. Too bad because the food is good. I think the establishment is lucky to have mixed reviews between the campsite, the nightclub and the restaurant... the latter would not have survived the tests of the reviews. Kind regards, Stéphane

After spending one night on a summer Saturday, we were very surprised. We stayed in a chalet, which cannot be called "modern" but rather "rustic" with a yellowish bathroom and the bonus of a hair in it. Afterwards don't be jealous, you can find some in the bedding! Bonus cobwebs in many places, you won't be alone at night. Also if you are in a chalet be careful where you place your hands otherwise you risk putting them on screws hanging in random places and earning yourself a trip to the hospital. In addition, not all the floor lamps in the chalet work, so choose your bed wisely if you want to read in the evening! And the walls of the home will not muffle the activities of each room, you could even speak from each and you will be audible. Then if you come on Saturday, why not try the disco? With the young people making noise until dawn, shouting and laughing all the way to the parking lot? And rally offered by these people when they leave the place Guarantee of a good restful night. In the morning would you like breakfast? Pay attention to the dishes which may still be dirty (see photo) and wait at least. The name of this place can be enticing, at least make no mistake. However, I would like to emphasize the friendliness of the staff. The only thing that makes the stay more pleasant. Experience to do if you want to have a good laugh but stay to avoid if you want peace and quiet
