If you’re looking for a traditional French hotel full of character and charm, don’t go here! From our experience, the online pictures of the rooms bear no relation to the reality. Our so-called « superior queen room » was truly awful. It was so bad that, for the first time ever, we decided to cut our losses and stay somewhere else. It’s the top floor of a poolside annexe and it appears to have stayed in a 1980s time warp. The bathroom and shower were horrible as was the toilet, which was in a kind of enclosed cupboard with no ventilation. Wallpaper peeling and grubby. Bedding looked old and worn. Why stay in a place which is far, far worse than your own home? But, judging from the reviews, some people apparently like this kind of thing. Pay no attention to the photos on websites. This place needs a complete renovation. Gives French hotels a bad name.

We had a lovely room looking down onto the pool and with a gorgeous bathroom. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, great location and we had a fun night in their restaurant.

If you are English speaking with limited French you might want to avoid this place. We found the entire France to be accommodating and friendly towards English but this hotel was the exception. We paid for Breakfast, but got nothing. Had to ask 3 times for coffee and when we ask for the food we were ignored.

2ème passage en un peu plus de deux ans, rien n'a changé. Simplicité, convivialité, amabilité, qualité de la restauration. Une halte sympathique au cœur de cette magnifique région.

Un hôtel restaurant comme je les aime ! Si on veux quelque chose d’aseptisé et de luxueux comme dans les chaînes… passer votre chemin ! Mais si on aime un lieux charmant dans un village à la campagne , c’est parfait ! Les poules sont à côté de la piscine , le vieux tracteurs dans la hangar derrière ! Nous avons passé 2 nuits (la 1ere nuit en dépannage dans l’appartement à côté de l’église) et la 2ème nuit à l’hôtel en pleine canicule ! La climatisation et la piscine ont été fort appréciés ! Les plats sont du terroir et très bon !

Bien placé - facile d’accès - mais La carte du restaurant a besoin d’être améliorée. Les plats sont trop gras. Le personnel m’a paru sympathique mais je ne serai pas resté 2 nuits… et il faudrait des rideaux occultant aux fenêtres.

la chambre dans laquelle nous avons couché ne disposait pas d'une literie acceptable et elle etait située au dessus de la sortie de la hotte aspirante de la cuisine ! impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre, chaud dehors et chaude dedans sans climatisation, un mauvais moment à passer ! je pense que nous n'avons pas eu de chance ....mais le prix etait le même que les autres chambres !
