Very satisfied. From the moment I got off the plane and called to find a car, they carefully solved my problem and contacted the driver to wait for me. After I arrived, they were also very polite and had a good sense of service. The hotel is very clean. What I like most is the breakfast, which has many choices, is delicious and fresh, and costs 150 per serving. The same price is better than many European countries, but the sauna is a little small and is shared by men and women, so I didn't go in the end

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and has a shuttle bus. A free bus card will be given during your stay. It is also very convenient to take bus No. 10 to the city. There are large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, which makes life convenient. The room is very beautiful and warm. Hello, A superb hotel, close to the city centre, very well served by several bus and tram lines. The receptionist Francesco who took care of us upon our arrival was extremely kind and professional. He informed us that we were entitled to free transport, printed our plane tickets and much more, and all this always with a smile and professionalism. I insist on certain points because this is far from being the case in all hotels. So, a big thank you for your welcome. There was also a very friendly and smiling receptionist whose first name I have forgotten, sorry, who took care of our luggage and the reservation of the shuttle to the airport on the day of our departure.

Pick up and set down at the airport, free transfer. The tram station is a short walk from the hotel, and about ten minutes to Geneve. The breakfast, continental, had good choice, fresh and plenty to start the day. The room was spacious enough and serviced every day.

The hotel is quite near to the airport and they provide free shuttle to the airport. However, it would be better if they could start the shuttle service earlier in the morning (e.g. 4:30 am for those who have a 6am flight)
