Close to the airport but a bit noisy with aircrafts taking off. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport. However, dining is very limited. There are only a few waiters in the Western restaurant. Although there are many seats, it still cannot accommodate guests without reservations. The other one has Japanese food, but the standard cannot be called a 4-star hotel. Hello, A superb hotel, close to the city centre, very well served by several bus and tram lines. The receptionist Francesco who took care of us upon our arrival was extremely kind and professional. He informed us that we were entitled to free transport, printed our plane tickets and much more, and all this always with a smile and professionalism. I insist on certain points because this is far from being the case in all hotels. So, a big thank you for your welcome. There was also a very friendly and smiling receptionist whose first name I have forgotten, sorry, who took care of our luggage and the reservation of the shuttle to the airport on the day of our departure.

The follow-up is here. One of the employees of this hotel feels like he came to quarrel. We have stayed in so many hotels. Because I was not satisfied with the deposit yesterday, I complained. Then today he asked us to pay for the baby cot. We stayed for eight days and never collected it. Today he said he would collect it. It is so unreasonable to bully customers!
