If you are looking for beauty of the old kind, a pleasant stay and a great location. This is the place to go. Although the room we used was small, it was practical and the decoration and lighting extraordinaire. The wedding party Saturday night did not keep us awake, although it could be heard. The service by Mr. Ramón Cobos is commendable. He went out of his way to move out bags in and out of storage as many times as it was needed. Breakfast in the premises are not recommended. Fortunately, there are many great places to eat within a 15 minute walk. We arrived past midnight, the door was opened promptly, before we dispatched the Uber service, and the registration was a breeze. So was check out. Highly recommended, we will be back.

It's the third time at that hotel, we will keep staying there as the price is quite fair, the location is just great, close to the main bus station, downtown and the main touristic sites. What we like the most of this hotel is the staff, want to mention Javier and Juan Carlos as they are between reception, bellboys and butlers, they are always helpful. Stephany from the front desk was very kind and enthusiastic. Guess they are short staffed withing the housekeeping department as the maintenance people were doing their job... Something simple from taking coffee to a room or even been a bellboy. Just hope they give them an extra for doing other things. Raymundo and Florentino from maintenance were helping us and we appreciate them taking some time to do so. I would rate this quite good, but we had a deception we never had before in this hotel... Our first room was never cleaned or anything when we came back to rest, they changed us to a different one, which we do thank, but housekeeping does need to be on point, details, basics and their checklist has always to be a priority. Also on the night of the 17th something was going on that other guests just made too much noise, till 3-4am, as we woke up many time and couldn't rest... If you read the document which you sign, part of the rules and policies are to please respect other night time, they need to work on this hard. The security guy, which works a lot compared to the normal 8-12hrs is just nuts, he was kind to help us move around and hopefully the security company which they work for see the long hours and good job they provide to this hotel. From the rest there is nothing to complaint about, the overall experience was good, could have been great. Thank you guys once again. Hope to visit you soon!

It is the first time that I stay at this brand new hotel, it is so refreshing to count with a superb experience in the south part of this busy city. Even when this is a great business hotel, it has a huge terrace with a swimming pool and jacuzzis. It is very well located, next to a one of the main freeways that cross the city: Periferico Ave.

Good service... clean rooms and a very good place... we liked our stay... we couldn't eat because we had to leave early... but everything was fine...

Mexico is really **. Overall it is very ordinary and small. As you can imagine for a capital city, it is 15-20 minutes away from the airport. The good thing is that the breakfast is okay. There is milk, yogurt and bread.

We started our road trip with this hotel for 3 nights and we are not disappointed. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The only bemol is that for those who like me are of hot chocolate, they don't use it ^^ and they don't have any confectionery, but butter is to be asked. The rooms were very clean, well equipped (TV, dish, toilet, shower, toilet...) Buenas tardes solo Queria ser un comentario tuve una mala experiencia en el hotel estube en piso 2 y la señora marlen al día siguiente yo tuve que salir a reglar unos papeles y al regresar me comento mi esposo que esa señora le avía dicho que si quería un servicio especial y que le cobraba 600 pesos y por tener relaciones por su puesto que fuimos con la señorita de fron y me dijo que ella iba ablar con la camarista les pido de favor q ayga respeto para todos los clientes y que tuve q dejar el hotel por la falta de resto de aver ofresido la camarista del piso 2 marlen servio ami esposo y la señorita de fron no resolvió nada ya que le dije q me cambiará de abitacion y de piso cual medijo no se podía ya que tuve que a bandonar el hotel por no es justo q personas como ellas estén trabajando ahí en hoteles de buena cadena deberían de correlas por su mal servicio y su mala atención are una denuncia por acoso y abuso de confianza ya que pregunte y espere mucho tiempo al gerente y nunca yego y deben buscar mejor personal
