Had an amazing stay here! The rooms are clean and beautifully designed and all the common spaces on each floor have different themes. Every inch of the hotel is designed intentionally and with care. The hotel staff is also incredibly considerate - they were able to help us with any questions we had about the city and potential activities, and Jorge even remembered how I like my coffee every morning! We felt at home the entire time we were there, and the free mezcal and snacks every day certainly didn’t hurt! The hotel is in a great location, super walkable area and close to lots of good food and shopping. Just wish we stayed for longer!

We stayed at Campus Polanco and were genuinely impressed by how beautiful the property is. The architecture and landscaping are gorgeous, and the room itself was well-decorated, and very comfortable. The location is also ideal—quiet, yet close to the action in Mexico City. However, a few details detracted from the experience. The toilet in our room was poorly positioned—so close to the door that your knees would touch it while seated, making it uncomfortable to use. The shower also leaked water out into the bedroom area, so we had to keep towels on the floor to contain it. Breakfast could use some attention. There was no clear explanation of what was available or how it worked, and the host came across as abrupt. The coffee was bitter and undrinkable without a heavy dose of sugar, and the eggs we requested were hastily prepared and not appetizing. While there were pastries like croissants, there were no facilities to warm them up, which would have made a big difference. Another thing to note: the house car offered for airport transfers is significantly overpriced. It’s not worth the cost. We found that using Uber BlackXL or a comparable SUV service was far more economical—literally a quarter of the price—and just as convenient. In summary, this is a beautiful property in a great location with high potential, but some of the room design choices, breakfast experience, and transportation pricing could be improved to deliver a truly top-tier stay.

This was my second stay at Campos polanco and I don’t know how it was even more amazing than the first time. Every attention to detail is beyond. First location -it sits In the beautiful area of Polanco, and this place is as incredible as they come. Overlooking the park, each space inside is curated with exclusive Mexican design and culture. I have truly never seen such a stunning collaborative space with a bespoke design down to the detail. The rooms are incredible, with modern mexican flare around every corner. The beds are the ONLY ones I can sleep in outside of my home and I actually need that bed. Then you go to the daily breakfast curated by the in-house chef. It’s incredible!! Even their bread is made from a self starter yeast that the chef created. It’s Mexican farm to table with the highest of class. They also have these flex spaces on each floor are perfect for doing a little work when needed, or just reading a book. Finally one of my favorite parts is the rooftop lounge, spending the early evening there with some custom selected Mexican wines with my friends was the cherry on top. Campos polanco is my home away from home and I cannot wait to go back!!

This hotel is absolutely amazing, I almost don't want to ruin the secret!! Every single staff member is so kind; even including the amazing cleaning staff who do a fabulous job cleaning rooms and turning rooms down for the night. The breakfast selection is out of this world. The coffee offerings are amazing. Evening mezcal is extremely generous and the chef's kiss to this extremely special gem of a place. There are so many common rooms around the hotel which brings me to my next point: the design of every single inch of this hotel is stunning. The location is also fabulous

Just got back from 7 nights in Mexico City and one of the highlights of this wonderful city was the amazing stay at Campos Polanco. It was so clean, comfortable, and well located. The details of the architecture and interior design were so carefully and thoughtfully done. What style! The room was incredible with huge windows overlooking a quiet street and a lovely park. The common areas are gorgeous (we spent time on the rooftop lounge!) The breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and creative. The staff was attentive and so helpful. The chefs were friendly and talented. Fernando (especially) and the other front desk staff were friendly, warm, and gave us great advice on restaurants and things to do/see. After a long day out in the city, it was great to come back to Polanco and to this special small hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The heart of this boutique hotel is the staff. Our family of 6 adults appreciated and enjoyed every interaction with the gentlemen at the front desk, especially Fernando. The property itself is very clean and has a cool vibe. All the common areas are well appointed with books, art, and a mix of both cozy and spacious seating areas. Our room was compact, but we had every amenity we could need. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, and we looked forward to the nightly turn down service. The shower was a 10/10 and has made us dissatisfied with our water pressure back in the USA! The continental breakfast served from 7-11 a.m. was extra special. It featured homemade yogurt, artesian bread, fresh fruits, plus eggs made to order from the kitchen including a daily regional specialty dish. Your room key card is required to enter the front door, which gave us an extra assurance of security, though in Polanco, we never felt unsafe. Do pay the extra to hire their car service to and from the airport. Totally worth it. We would very much love to return to this special hotel in the future!

I just returned from an amazing five-day stay at Campos Polanco in Mexico City. The service provided by Miguel Avila and the staff made me feel truly at home. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. I would absolutely choose Campos Polanco again, as the neighborhood is simply delightful, with a variety of fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance. This experience is one you don’t want to miss!

Great character and much more style than the 4 seasons. It’s just 2 blocks off the Main Street with all the designer stores. Staff was great and the bathroom was so cool. I felt like it was an apartment I would want to live in. I stayed at the 4 seasons after and it j felt so generic and soulless after staying here
