For a hotel which was rated at 4 stars, the rooms lacked a/c, a refrigerator, a heater, a kettle and extra blankets. When i asked for some ice, i was told there was none available, only hot water. I wouldn't return to stay there again.

Good central location. Basic but functional hotel perfect for those wanting to visit the historic centre.

Good location but annoying music, understandable since the outside noise needs to be drowned out.

The staff are very friendly, room is always clean. Will definitely come back.

They do not have air conditioning, outside the hotel a lot of homeless people.

The hotel in general is good since it is very close to the zócalo the room is a bit small but nothing to ruin it the shower is very good the hotel is new and the breakfast is good it is very good the only bad thing was that the receptionist gave him my same room to another person and he opened it and it was uncomfortable and annoying and curiously the person who gave it to him was the employee of the month apart from that everything was fine I would return to this hotel for its price its location and breakfast

Well located and beautifully designed hotel. Ideal to visit the city and rest. Breakfast is good although the dining area is small. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are a very fair size with barely enough space to leave basic things. The sink is inside and is uncomfortable. Many rooms have a window only in the bathroom No inconvenience is relevant enough to not recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel is a really good option if you’re visiting the Dowtown of Mexico city. The ubication is in a main street and there’s a lot of restaurants, bars, museums, cultural centers around. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is enough, tasty and easy to take

Very good price quality ratio. Clean room, staff very polite and professional! Very close to city center, roof top and gym. Room is in minimalist style, essential but filled with all necessities. Highly recommended!
