Great hotel right in the center of everything. The people there are very nice. WIFI was a bit inconsistent and they didn’t provide toothpaste. Everything else was fantastic!

Comfortable and well-kept hotel, very friendly staff. Very pleasant and spacious junior suite. Bottles of water provided in the room every day. Restaurant on the ground floor is practical if you are tired after a long day of sightseeing.

I stayed 4 nights, it was my second time staying there, I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, one day I had lunch there and my experience was good. It has ample facilities: reception, restaurant and other spaces are large, the room is rather spacious, comfortable bed, good mattress, TV with many channels, there is complimentary water, it doesn't have a fridge or electric kettle, everything is clean and in good general condition, large closet. The elevator is fast, there are 2, the hallways are wide and well lit. I didn't have any major problems with the noise from the boilers during the night, I slept well in general, yes, sometimes I heard noises from the neighboring room, cell phone sounds and snoring from the man in that room. There is a Metrobus stop in front and the Hospital General metro station is about 3 blocks away, that is, close. There is also a Seven Eleven and Oxxo right there. In short, it is a valid option for lodging.

A very satisfying stay experience. First of all, the hotel is in a great location. The transportation is convenient, there are many restaurants and shops nearby, and it belongs to the local petty bourgeoisie area. The room is clean and the staff is helpful. Especially the older bell boy, who is very kind and humorous. It would be even better if the room has a coffee maker.
