Disgusting!
I could not have gotten in without help of another guest
No bathroom tissue, lumpy bed, horrible shower
NO hot water!! Smoke detector beeped all night
I will never book with you again

Overbooked the rooms. Triedm to send me to another place at an additional cab fare, as well as the driver couldn't find the hotel. Withnso much time wasted I went to another hotel. Never again.

Sobrevendieron habitaciones. Aunque nos dejaron la primera noche, ya no nos dejaron otras dos noches que reservé. Creo que el hotel debe estar pendiente del aviso de esta aplicación. O la aplicación "**********" debe mejorar comunicación y observación de los hoteles relacionados para evitar estos problemas de sus clientes.

Estuvimos 3 días y dos sin agua caliente, hasta que exigimos cambiar de habitación Luego nos dijeron que no nos devolvían los 500 pesos que nos exigieron de fianza al entrar, porque estaban las toallas sucias, creemos que ese depósito que nos pidieron al principio ya contaban con quedárselo. Las chicas que trabajan allí en precario, nos comunicábamos de favor con ellas por Whatsup, al no haber nadie por la tarde noche y menos en fin de semana No volveremos y lo recomendásemos como mal alojamiento

El lugar es bonito y céntrico, en general un buen lugar para qued****, las habitaciones son cómodas y chiquitas pero tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Lo malo es que se escucha todo lo que sucede en el lugar y nos tocó escuchar a los vecinos escandalosos hablando por telefono y discutiendo a las 6am y lo que no me gustó para nada es que no hicieran la limpieza del cuarto el segundo dia que nos quedamos, que porque no hacen limpieza fines de semana...
