I had a very bad and disappointing experience throughout my stay. I made two reservations. One for one night with points and one for the next 4 nights paid with a credit card. I did this since it was Formula 1 weekend (even though I was not there for that). I called the hotel twice in a 2 week period prior to my stay to confirm that they would be able to secure the same room for both reservations so that we did not have to checkout of one and then re-check into a completely different room afterwards. Both times, I was told, that would not be a problem. My cousin was the first to arrive the morning of the first reservation, she dropped off her luggage and was told that the room had been secured and we would not have to move into a new room the next day. Sadly, when she came back at night, she was told there was a problem with the room. Apparently, they did not have our room type. The best they could do is have us move into two separate rooms (neither of which was the room type I had paid for). Once I arrived to the hotel, the story changed multiple times. We were at first told we would get to keep both rooms for two nights, then we were told we would need to leave both rooms the next morning but could keep our luggage packed in a corner until night time when we would return. We were then called the morning of to take out our luggage completely and put it into luggage storage or if not we would be charged additional nights. The manager promised to email and never did.
