Our experience at The St. Regis Mexico City was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was unparalleled. While we initially encountered an issue with our room, Alejandro, the front desk manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing less than perfect. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly made our visit special and memorable.
Our butler, Alfredo, was exceptional—attentive, warm, and always anticipating our needs. At the pool, a delightful attendant frequently checked in with us, making sure everything was, as he put it, “perfect”—and it truly was. Every aspect of our stay, from the flawless room service to the exquisite cocktails at the King Cole Bar and the indulgent spa treatments, was impeccable.
The service at The St. Regis Mexico City ranks among the best we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Every staff member we encountered exemplified excellence, making us feel genuinely valued. Great Luxury and Service
We loved our stay at St. Regis. The attention to service was a wonderful aspect of our stay that made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was thorough and was a great way to start the day. We will definitely stay here when we return and we will look to stay at St. Regis hotels in our future travel. The location is very central and ideal for visiting sights.
