I was with my brother & we had 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen ( no kettle) but there was a Nespresso machine but only 4 small coffee pods. Be better if they could provide more podas each day or sell them to us.
Living room & TV & nice leafy views of trees outside. Noisy on occasions from garbage trucks etc.
V conveniently located & an 8 min walk to Polanquito where all the good restaurants are.
I would def stay here again.

Generally a super stay. I love this part of Polanco; quiet but blocks from Polanquito! Room well stocked for two people. Bed comfortable and clean. Whole unit was super clean. Checkin simple and 24h guard very helpful. A very good value. The only negative was an absence of hot water on the second day of my stay. Not cold water but barely warm. Message to ULIV went unanswered. Hot water was available the other three mornings.
