The room and location of the hotel were great.
The service could have been a lot better. Especially during breakfast, they seemed to prioritise Spanish speaking guests. We had to ask for food and water 3 times before we were served. It was somewhat frustrating...

I booked this room because it had a bathtub. It is located near the Zocalo Square in an area with good security and many tourist attractions. There are also McDonald's, Starbucks, KFC, Sukiya, etc., so you won't have any trouble even if you don't like the food. There is also a supermarket nearby. When I first checked in, I was surprised that they spoke Japanese like a Japanese person. Even if you are not good at English, you may be able to manage. The room was very spacious, the water pressure of the shower was stable, and the temperature did not change suddenly. The walls were a little thin, and due to the Mexican character, it can be a little noisy. However, overall I was very satisfied with the hotel. I feel that Mexico is a safer country than other North American countries, so I would like Japanese people to visit it.
