Worst experience ever! We did a reservation months ago and we arrived and they couldn’t find our name listed, we waited 3 hours for a resolution and they didn’t solve it. No receptionist, no answer, nobody to help. Please take this in consideration !!

My room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to America! The hotel is in a great location as well. Beautiful area to walk around with lots of shops and restaurants.

The positive: Great location if you have business in Santa Fe. The housekeepers vero and Paty are very welcoming and helpful and made this an enjoyable experience. The negative: The rooms are not in the best condition, in my first room the air conditioner did not work the entire weekend, the toilet was missing the seat and in the second room due to some maintenance issue the room smelled like sewer.

Good price, clean rooms, great service, and, of you want to be or need to be in Santa Fe, Be Mate aparynents are in front of La Mexicana, so is a nice place to be. Also, you will find a City Market just a few steps away.

The WORST EXPERIENCE and the WORST SERVICE! They are changing management and there is no one to assist you. I arrived on Friday and the lady at the reception didn't know anything, she could only give me the key, then all day Saturday and Sunday there was no one at the reception until finally on Sunday afternoon I was able to communicate with someone! They didn't know their Wi-Fi networks, they could have given me the password until 6 in the afternoon, I had to pay for parking on Friday and Saturday because you had no idea how it worked. And then the room looks like a bunker, it's super dark, you can't open the blackout curtains and the windows are covered by a film so you can't see out, the closets are super cheap, you hang your clothes and things fall out, things from Terrible quality kitchen, we are 2 people and they left us only 1 cup, seriously horrible! Don't stay here.
