Very pleasant and responsive. Had an issue with the TV remote at 10 pm. They responded. Could not fix the problem, but he graciously offered us access to the next room which was vacant so we could watch TV.

The room was clean and quiet. The neighborhood is really save and there are stores and restaurants around.
The only bad thing was, that we didn’t got the apartment we actually booked…

Great property! We felt very safe and cared for. Quiet, clean room with everything we needed. Great location if you are seeing a show at Pepsi Center WTC. Plenty of food and shopping near by.

It was a sharing apartment with more people it isn’t the whole apartment for yourself that’s sucks the way they advertised plus I had to pay extra to have a bathroom and the room that wasn’t specified in the description

Creo que no podria evaluar las instalaciones, pues no las conoci, me cancelaron la reservacion cuando iba en camino al lugar, sin previo aviso y a 15 min de llegar al lugar para hacer el check-in. Me dijeron que olvidaron que ya estaba rentada. El pago me lo devolvieron inmediatamente (sin quejas al respecto), pero fue un problema mayor encontrar alojamiento en fin de semana de puente en la Ciudad de Mexico. Sin mencionar que eso cambio mucho de mi viaje, el cambio porque me costo mas del doble, cosa que evidentemente, no tenia contemplado.

Absolutamente nada de lo que ven en las imágenes es, yo arrendé este lugar y me lo cambiaron, y no es hotel, solo tengan habitaciones de suites, al final es estancia compartida, compartes comedor y un baño, basicamente es un cuarto lo que te arrendan no todo el espacio ni indican que es como airbnb no es hotel nada que ver
