HORRIBLE
NO SE HOSPEDEN. Publicidad engañosa. Te hacen creer que es un cuarto con baño privado pero es mentira y te enteras de eso en el momento. El cuarto es privado pero el baño, living y cocina es compartido con otros 3 cuartos más. Me negaron darme toallas nuevas cada día y no había shampoo ni acondicionador ni jabón en la regadera, tuve que literalmente agarrar el jabón líquido con el que se lavan las manos. Lo peor de todo es que cada vez que quieras entrar y salir del hotel, debes de llamar al dueño para que baje contigo y te abra, la seguridad es muy exigente.

NO HAY UNA CLARIDAD EN LA DESCRIPCION, NO SE PUEDE USAR LA ALBERCA A MENOS DE QUE SE RENTE 1 AÑO, COBRAN EL ESTACIONAMIENTO, TIENES QUE DEJAR TU INE EN RECEPCION CADA VEZ QUE ENTRAS, NO ESPECIFICAN QUE EN COMPARTES EL DEPARTAMENTO Y EL BAÑO CON OTRAS HABITACIONES.

Place is not authorized to be an “short-rental place” you cannot enter alone to the property and the tenant needs to escort you every time to enter or even to go out of the property….

Very pleasant and responsive. Had an issue with the TV remote at 10 pm. They responded. Could not fix the problem, but he graciously offered us access to the next room which was vacant so we could watch TV.
