Hotels near Autobuses Poniente Station, Mexico City

I stayed at Hotel Brasilia the night of October 25, 2022. I paid 1,050 pesos for a room on the fifth floor with a single bed. This converted to 53.02 USD when I paid with my debit card. This included a buffet breakfast. Positives: Close to several bus stations. The room was clean, quiet, and safe. There was no air conditioning, but it was comfortable until late morning when the sun began to heat the room. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Negatives: There is wifi, but the signal was weak and inconsistent in the room I was in. It was better in the restaurant. I would have liked to be able to open a window a little more to let in some fresh air. I understand safety concerns, but I also like good air circulation while I sleep.

Excelente atención, amabilidad, impecable orden, limpieza y pulcritud en las habitaciones, variedad en el buffet desayuno, mi hijo es super inquieto y tiene 12 años, se sintio muy contento, le gusto las habitaciones super cómodas y limpias, le encanto la variedad del desayuno. Me absolvieron y solucionaron amablemente mis consultas durante el día y también en la noche. Fue muy relajante encontrarnos en el hotel, es muy conocido y si pides orientación del hotel, todos lo conocen y te brindan la información de ubicación al toque. Gracias a todos.

Wow! Quite an experience! I arrived early on my first day and the front staff was able to put me in to my room at 9:30AM, which I appreciated since I had just arrived from a red eye flight. During my stay I frequently felt as if I was their most important guest, their staff greeting me with a friendly ‘Hola’, proactively giving me sweet drinks during breakfast, keeping my coffee full, and offering their assistance. Their maid staff was equally awesome, every day they mopped(!!!) the bathroom floor and replaced towels without even being asked. I didn’t even think that I made that much of a mess! It was extra appreciated with hotels cutting the majority of service with COVID. Don’t get me wrong, it is initially a little confusing finding my room due to the elevators/floors, but they escorted me to my room to ensure that I found it. There was also an odd issue with the fire alarm going off on my first day 5 minutes before my alarm was set to go off anyways.

Buenas tardes solo Queria ser un comentario tuve una mala experiencia en el hotel estube en piso 2 y la señora marlen al día siguiente yo tuve que salir a reglar unos papeles y al regresar me comento mi esposo que esa señora le avía dicho que si quería un servicio especial y que le cobraba 600 pesos y por tener relaciones por su puesto que fuimos con la señorita de fron y me dijo que ella iba ablar con la camarista les pido de favor q ayga respeto para todos los clientes y que tuve q dejar el hotel por la falta de resto de aver ofresido la camarista del piso 2 marlen servio ami esposo y la señorita de fron no resolvió nada ya que le dije q me cambiará de abitacion y de piso cual medijo no se podía ya que tuve que a bandonar el hotel por no es justo q personas como ellas estén trabajando ahí en hoteles de buena cadena deberían de correlas por su mal servicio y su mala atención are una denuncia por acoso y abuso de confianza ya que pregunte y espere mucho tiempo al gerente y nunca yego y deben buscar mejor personal

Just indicate the process of the Parking ticket well, I had to retire at 3 a.m. and fortunately I found the person certifiing the ticket in the Machine. When host me only commented that I would seal it at my exit, however the person responsible commented that it should be done at night at working time as at morning it is not usually found.

Excellent location. Just need to keep the beds on the hand because they are very sharp.

We have Ambassador Elite Status from Marriott, and I must say we were treated truly like the Marriott Ambassadors. My wife and I received exceptional service from Gabriel, David, Aurora, Sergio, Elisa and many others in our 20 days stay. Gabriel even offered to cook the customized vegetarian Indian food for us, which we duly accepted. Needless to say that we have spent 300+ nights in Marriott across the world in last couple of years , but we were truly impressed by the hospitality of the staff of Courtyard Vallejo, Mexico City. I highly recommend Courtyard and Fairfield Inn, Vallejo.

The staff at this hotel are friendly, responsive and helpful. One young gentleman at the front desk by the name of Edgar was very efficient and capable in resolving an issue we had with the air conditioning in the room. The cleaning staff does a good job daily. The doormen are proactive in helping you when your hands are full. The hotel is also in an excellent location for public transportation to anywhere in Mexico City.
