The facility was nice and clean. Great view. There were shops and restaurants within shopping distance. The staff was friendly, but did not follow through on requests. We asked for a crib 3 times and it was never brought to us, so my husband had to go down to the front desk and get it after waiting a very long time. When we got breakfast in the morning it was not a pleasant experience. We had to wear gloves and a mask and they were very strict about it. In my opinion, it was very over the top.

Acabo de hospedarme 9 días en Agosto, pero con el propósito de la pandemia no hacen limpieza diaria en los cuartos; solamnete una vez por semana, sumamente deteriorado el hotel a como estaba hace dos años que me hospede ahi. Este detalle de la limpieza diaria no fue avisado durante el proceso de reservación la cual pague completa antes de llegar. Tuvimos un percance con el filo de una cama que provoco que me cortara la pierna. Se pidio el cambio en la recepción y no quisieron otorgarlo, solamente cubrieron el filo de metal con una cobija para volver a evitar accidentes. Muy mala atención del personal, solicite limpieza de mi estancia y me cobraron $200 por la limpieza, la cual no fue sufuciente.
