Me and my family aren't fans The staff is nice, the rooms have a good size but you can hear everything. the walls are thin. the bathroom is small, and the breakfast was not great. the parking is small, we had to leave the car out of the hotel.

This hotel was recommended by a few people. There are not a lot of places to stay in Mexicali so we stayed there. Rooms are ok not new like people are saying. They are ok nothing to write home about. The worst thing was that my wife had surgery the following day. We left the hotel at 5am that morning to the hospital and during prep they found a tick on my wife's hand. No we do not have pets and the only place for this to have happened would be the hotel as the elevators are not really watch and anyone can sneak a dog inside. We called the hotel and ask for a supervisor to call but of course 3 days after staying there no calls.

Lo peor empleados prepotentes. El gerente parece una caricatura. Sucio, ruidoso. Uno se pregunta como puede existir ese hotel. Una falta de respeto terrible. Llegás x trabajo y desde recepcion el trato es vulgar, uno se cuestiona asi es todo Mexicali? Seguro q no. Solo estos. Huye de este hotel

Muy descuidado en mantenimiento, los espacios comunes muy sucios, el área de alimentos muy descuidada y sucia, no lo recomiendo a menos que no tengan otra opción, pensaba hospedarme por 3 días, y preferí cambiar.

El paso miércoles tuve que pernoctar en la ciudad de Mexicali por temas de vuelo tardío y reserve en este hotel para pasar la noche. Al momento de llegar la recepcionista nocturna estaba atendiendo a unos clientes americanos pero ella no hablaba inglés!!!. Me asignaron mi cuarto el cual por lo cansado que estaba no me di cuenta de detalles de mala calidad que tiene. No me dejaron toallas de ningún tipo, las sábanas percudidas, rejillas de extracción sucias llenas de polvo, cero calidad de un hotel que dice ser business class. Un tapete de baño roto y percudido. Tuve que pedir toallas para bañarme. El problema no es que sean hoteles “austeros” el problema es la falta de mantenimiento, supervisión y limpieza. No lo recomiendo para viajeros que busquen pernoctar en ese hotel.

Son incapaces de conseguir un par de almohadas extra y ni mueven un dedo para hacerlo. Ruido toda la noche por todos lados Falta mantenimiento, pero sobretodo, falta actitud del recepcionista nocturno que no está ni para adornar.
