#negative #I was disappointed with the Toiletries, Value for Money, Soundproofing, Nearby Restaurants, Room Layout, Safety; Due to special reasons, I was unable to stay there. I negotiated with the store for the same price, but they refused to refund me. Ctrip's service is still good, and they subsidized me a little bit.
