They charged me twice for the stay & they gave me the wrong room when I paid for a suite!!! I also had to put a deposit in order to get the remote for tv!!! & when I tried using remote it did not work!!!
Also there was a lot of cockroaches! Front office and manager not helpful at all! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Very lowest standards are maintained, remote control didn’t work towels used to be white refrigerator and AC units were noisy, they do not have disposable soap or shampoo. Everything is to be refilled missing items in the room, like mirror and towel handle.

They just remodel all the rooms. Location is the best .... walking distance to the Baseball stadium (Nido). Always with good customer service 👌

Very welcoming
Great stay, Larissa welcomed us with a smile and was very efficient in checking us into our multiple rooms. Security guard was welcoming as well. Great upgrades since last time I was here. Thank you!

I pay for a specific room and the time of check in got a totally different one and not the size of bed I wanted
