It was the best staycation we had. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast served was delicious. The staff was polite and helpful. The security *** Dipak helped us take photos.Being Christmas time the hotel was beautifully decorted.

The experience at the property was surreal...one has to experience the stay to have the exact feeling of how royal the experience is. The staff is very courteous and highly professional. We had taken the shared pool rooms and the swim in back of your room was an experience par excellence. Had a tour of the facility by very easily available gold carts and was enthralled by the in house gold course, a recreational room , equipped gymn. The Yamuna aarti in the evening was very calming and unique concept.

The idea of a perfect weekend is only fulfilled at a destination like ITC GRAND BHARAT. We were at the property to celebrate my husbands birthday and the team made it really special. 1. Starting with our room, it was neat, fragrant and the villa pool was super clean. The housekeeping team did a great job every time we requested for their services (we have 2 boys and they kept moving in & out of the pool hence we requested the services more than twice.) Served with a big smile each time. Special mention for PRABHAT from housekeeping team. 2. Our first dinner was at ARAVALLI PAVILION. Do not miss to try their footlong margerita pizza with burratta & ricotta spinach dumpling in pink sauce. Special mention to CHOGEL, chef YASHITA. 3. We had his birthday dinner at INDIA ROOM and opted for the set menu multicourse meal. We are glad we opted for authentic Indian food for that the team persisted us to try. Special mention to RITESH for serving us impeccably through the evening. We can’t miss but mention RAJENDRA for curating our evening so beautifully & having the table set use so beautifully. 4. Breakfasts have been a delight thanks to the amazing multi cuisine food and flawless service by ASHISH. 5. MUNFAID has been our property guide and helped us explore the beauty of it through his fun cart rides. Overall this weekend has been nothing but perfection for us. A big thank you to the team

So my personal view is that hotel is great and since I am a Manipal grad I have bias towards ITC. I think food for lunch and dinner was good , missed Indian flavours…the Awadh …the DumPukht or the dal Bukhara etc , but we had clearly given instructions on low spices and oil etc but that doesn’t necessarily mean losing the flavours. Either ways , Karman Anand a wonderful gentleman at Pavilion who always made sure that my feedback is heard, and you are assisted. He also got chef Deepankar come and connect with us to understand the food spread and we he shortcomings with a reason. That said , while the management staff was really nice the sanitary work needs a bit of attention. All in all a bit expensive and Royal retreat.
