This is a spa hotel, with prices to match. Staff were friendly and accommodating, room of a good standard. We stayed over a weekend (Saturday, Sunday nights, so the spa was busy- They have memberships for people that are not staying in the hotel, however, this cleared later on the Saturday afternoon. Good sized pool. The main restaurant was closed on our second night, so ate in their bistro- Surprised to find it was exactly the same menu at a considerably lower price. Whilst I accept the atmosphere and service reflected the difference between the two rooms, I did feel short changed by the experience. The staff in the restaurant were somewhat inexperienced, but no real complaint- I accept that it is difficult to get staff anywhere at the moment. There are Electric Vehicle charging points (I saw 2), and welcomed that they were free. I estimated the charging at 3.5 KW/h. As I have a plug-in Hybrid, this was fine, but if you had a full EV, I think it would be a struggle to get a full charge. I noted there was always cars using the chargers while we were there.

Lovely 2 night stay here as part of a round France road trip. Hotel was really good. All staff helpful and friendly. Room excellent and very comfortable with an upgrade given. Breakfast has a great choice and is very good. We also ate in the restaurant one night which was faultless all round. Beaune itself is a lovely French town. I have no doubt we will be back

Excellent hotel, conveniently located with free private parking. Reception were welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable with a pool view. Hotel bar and snack bar were both good with a friendly manager. The hotel isn’t cheap but, remember, nothing is in Beaune! This is the best Accor property we have stayed at in France in the last few years. Recommended.

All new, comfortable and very clean hotel. Easy night access, near the motorway outlet but very quiet, closed parking. Clean and comfortable rooms, USB takes. Very welcome and warm staff. nice breakfast. Excellent address!

Very unexpected surprise. The hotel I chose temporarily on the way from Paris to Switzerland. It is very close to the Burgundy highway. The 50-square-meter suite is large enough for four people. The bathroom facilities are very large and the surfing jacuzzi There is free parking, which is an extra surprise for people who pay high parking fees every day in Paris. The scenery outside the window is beautiful, the harvest is autumn, the vines are full of fruits on the ground, especially suitable for vacation, will come again
