amazing. lovely. welcoming. authentic. Beautiful courtyard garden. Elegant rooms. Our children and us were charmed by it and would go out of our way to return here next time. Really welcoming person in charge. Dog friendly. Lovely views

This hotel is not for everyone. If you like a corporate clean soulless place this is not for you . The room was huge and clean , limited toiletries . Every room seems to have a river view . The river is stunning . The restaurant is small so book in advance . The food stunning . Lots of dogs , we were travelling with ours , lovely walks along the river . Would defo return . The bed was huge and comfy . Breakfast is lovely , local produce .

We needed a nights stopover on way to family wedding in Auch. This hotel is very picturesque and sits right on the banks of the Loire. Even in the rain when we checked in it looked lovely. The receptionist was warm and helpful. We stayed in a 2nd floor room with amazing views over the river. The room was huge with a big bathroom and modern shower. We ate in the restaurant and the food was yummy. Sun shining next morning so we ate breakfast on the pretty terrace. Perfect!

We stayed the night in this Hotel after our first choice was overbooked and recommended this dependance Hotel. Lovely situated directly on the Seine river. Beautiful old buiding with a stunning pittoresk courtyard. and a very friendlly receptionist. Our room was very large and has a beautiful view. Now the downsides. The outside of the building desporatly meeds a totoa renovation. Windows are rotten and paint is peeling off everywhere. The general impression of our room was dirty. Walls filled with black spots and killes flies/musquitos. Baseboards covered in dust. No shower but a broken dowm yacuzzi filled with limescale in which you have to stand and use the hand shower to shower yourself. The same goes for all the ounlic areas of thus hotel. We payed € 189,00 including a poorly breakfast table. For these prices you expect and deserve much better accomodations. Once but never again.

Accueil absent (machine à délivrer les clés). Parking gratuit (mais situé sur la rue). Chambre "supérieure" : certainement car à l'étage (éclairage de la chambre quasi inexistant), salle d'eau en piteux état (voir photos), eau chaude, mais après 3 minutes d'écoulement) et non conforme aux photos (en fait elle n'est pas dans les photos...on comprend pourquoi). Accès difficile : escalier étroit et au moins bicentenaire (marches inégales et déformées), accès impossible aux personnes en fauteuil (pas d'ascenseur). Petit déjeuner cher (15€/pers.), glacial (pas plus de 10° dans la salle), pain et pâtisserie rassis, seulement 3 yaourts dans le frigo. Points positifs : le WiFi, la température dans la chambre.

La chambre que j'ai eue était grande, propre mais forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bains équipée d'une belle douche à l'italienne. C'est dommage. Le petit déjeuner est assez cher mais propose beaucoup de choix. Pains frais, yaourts maison, rien à dire sur le petit-déjeuner.

une demeure historique n est pas un hôtel . Les chambres sont vétustes meubles et décorés sans goût . Aucun romantisme . Aucun accueil puisque la clé est distribuée par un appareil comme pour un hôtel 1er prix . Le problème c’est que c’est deux fois plus cher . A fuir.

Das Positive zuerst: Die Lage am Fluss ist traumhaft und die Bettwäsche war sauber. ABER: 1. Es ist ein altes Gemäuer. Da macht man Abstriche. Fenster waren kaum zu öffnen , dafür die Tür immer ein Spalt breit offen . Abfluss im Bad birgt Überschwemmungsgefahr. 2. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern lässt deutlich zu wünschen übrig, Staubflusen etc. Ausbesserungen wurden lieblos mit anderer Farbe gemacht. Einem solchen Gebäude nicht würdig. ES GEHT NOCH SCHLIMMER: 3. Frühstück in der Zeit von 7-10 Uhr . Wir kommen um 9 Uhr zum Frühstück (das man extra bezahlen muss - 15 € p.P) und finden weder Brot , noch Baguette. Achselzuckend sagt man uns: ausgegangen . Wir gehen daraufhin zur Rezeption und fordern unser dafür bei Anreise bar bezahltes Geld zurück, weil wir im Hotel auf Frühstück verzichten. Nicht möglich. Es würde uns auf die Kreditkarte überwiesen. Darauf warten wir immer noch und haben inzwischen alles an booking übergeben . 4. Das Restaurant: Scheinbar authentische, regionale Speisen. Kleine Speisekarte- das ist in Ordnung. Aber: Das Essen ist vorgerichtetes Convenience Food. Man sieht das u.a. am hellroten Rindercarpaccio und daran, dass auf eventuelle Unverträglichkeiten nicht eingegangen werden kann. Das Essen schwimmt in Sahnesaucen mit der Konsequenz, dass der Mitreisende keine Hauptspeise bzw warme Mahlzeit essen konnte . Fazit: Man ruht sich auf der Geschichte des Hauses aus und rechnet nicht damit, dass Gäste 2x kommen.
