The hotel has no parking lot, it is very new and the lobby is still being renovated. There is no front desk to check in. You need to get a link in advance to register and check in in advance. You need someone who knows how to make the reservation. Ctrip didn't notify us in advance, so we couldn't find anyone there, so we called Ctrip to follow up on the matter! The property is located centrally in Metzingen, with shopping outlets at a walking distance. The charges are also very reasonable if booked in advance. However, as a frequent traveller on business trips, what I find very unprofessional is that I mostly do not get the reserved parking even if I have the confirmation. Compounding this misery is that there is no phone support and you get some wishy-washy apology over Whatsapp for non-availability. They even have the gall to ask you to go find another parking in a public parking garage. One incident could be assumed to be a honest mistake. However, this has happened thrice with me over 7 trips. On top of that the customer service claims that people get parking 99% of the time!

Good location in a nice little town. Parking garage relatively nearby at the outlet center. Good restaurants within walking distance. We arrived at a late hour and the electronic access was appreciated.
