The hotel is located next to the train station, about 10-15 minutes on foot. The room was single, with a large bed. The bathroom is clean and comfortable. There is no air conditioning and there are no nets on the windows either, so it was not very comfortable.

Location is good and room size ok. However we faced 2 basic problems which any competent hotel would avoid when preparing rooms for their guests - all the toilet soap/shampoo dispensers were virtually empty and didn’t work, with staff unable to fix it. Also one of the beds didn’t have enough bedding on it, exposing the mattress.

This was fine, clean and civil with a decent breakfast. Luxury, it was not but good value and well-situated it was. It has limited parking but there is inexpensive on-street parking available close-by. It's in the city centre, with the positives and negatives of that situation, on the whole positive.

Given the fact my Airbnb did not work out due to a late train arrival, I was grateful that this hotel was open. When viewing the price, I thought it would be a dump. To the contrary, this is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever seen, and I've been to some very expensive hotels that were filthy. In addition, my French is not very strong, especially at 1:00am in the morning, but the gentleman at the front desk managed some English and we understood each eachother. Glad I got to stay.

Horrible, to avoid! Staff not qualified but who nevertheless do their best. There is no one at reception when we return in the evening, the room keys are accessible to everyone: it's worrying when you have to leave the keys before leaving the hotel ! The rooms are small, but clean, there is still a smell of mold. Breakfast: a shame! 12€/person for moldy bread! Cold scrambled eggs, inedible, I won't comment on "charcuterie"… good luck! A great scam! The photos on the site are clearly misleading!

TO FLEE ! Incredible and disrespectful behavior from the manager. Beyond the hygiene of the hotel: smells of mold in the room, no duvet cover, no toilet brush or toilet paper... On a business trip as an employee, I chose this hotel via the American Express platform, a partner of my company. The hotel refused remote payments even though American Express, which works with thousands of companies, tried to contact them several times (and were hung up on by the manager herself who demanded payment on place). The manager took the liberty of entering my hotel room (during my work day) to touch my personal belongings, pack my suitcase and fire me. Unacceptable! Even though I had taken all the steps with the American partner who would make the payment the same day (supporting evidence). Faced with the impatience and aggressiveness of the manager, I even, in good faith, ended up paying for the first 2 nights myself. The manager then took my suitcase from behind the counter to take it out and not allow me to sleep the 3rd night. I'll spare you all the details. TO FLEE!
