Leo Punta Umbría

It is well located, in a quieter area of ​​Punta Umbria and close to the beach. The apartments are nothing extraordinary. One thing I liked is that they take care to have a kit with a new dish sponge, dishcloth and detergent for each guest. The cleanliness of the apartment is nothing special. They only cleaned it once in a week, and not very well. They allow pets, which is good for those who like to bring their four-legged friends, but it creates more noise. The insulation is also not very good.

We were in Leo III only adults thinking it would be quieter and it turns out that in the pool there was music at all hours from 11 in the morning to more than 11 at night quite loud, they played the radio chain dial and Cadena 100, it prevented us from resting if you want or listen to your music on the headphones. One day they started cleaning the pool at 8am in the morning with the pressure water gun making a lot of noise for at least an hour and a half. They barely left toilet paper, we were there for 6 days with 4 people, they only cleaned the apartment once, they didn't leave a replacement for detergent to clean dishes. It is expensive for the service and what it really is are very simple and already a bit old apartments.

They should close this establishment. When I made the reservation with Booking, the photos do not correspond to the reality of the room. Upon arrival the room was full of dirt, clogged showers, and old room, a disaster in short. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone. I don't understand how they can have this type of accommodation in these times. For me, the outlay I made is a lot and I only have 4 days of vacation a year. When I arrived and found that room I didn't know where to find myself. They need to fix all the rooms or at least the ones like mine. Spoons in the room.

The apartment is good, but the sofa couldn't be more uncomfortable, however the bed is quite comfortable. In the 4 nights we stayed, they only cleaned and changed towels on 1 day. We miss more cleaning of the room and replacement of dishwasher, gels, toilet paper... It is really close to the beach, but access was a problem due to the climb that had to be done to reach the beach.

The Leo apartments are several apartment buildings on Avenida del Decano, that is, on the third line of the beach since to access it you have to first cross a Barceló hotel and then a juniper forest (with good accessibility, yes) and then more than half an hour walking from the central Ancha street, having to go up and down a bridge that crosses the highway. Come on, the location if what you are looking for is to isolate yourself is fine but it is not close to anything except a shopping center without a supermarket made specifically for tourists from those two tourist complexes. The apartment itself is quite good. Everything is very new, comfortable beds and a folding sofa bed that, without being a paragon of comfort, is quite acceptable to spend 3-4 days. The lighting is quite poor and without partial switches. Either you turn on the entire living room and the hallway/kitchen area or you turn off everything. The room is large, with built-in wardrobes, a hard mattress and firm pillows. In the closet there is an ironing board and a very good steam iron The kitchen, functional with a refrigerator, microwave and ceramic hob as well as all the necessary appliances, although it has absolutely no space for storage in the furniture so forget about making a large purchase for several days, something aggravated by the fact that there is no supermarket nearby (only a detour store) to shop little by little. The bathroom, with a bidet, sink, and a mini-bathtub with a shower from which the water came out quite well in power and temperature. There were 4 of us but one was a baby so for the showers there were 3 of us (two adults and a girl) and we didn't have any problems. Other comments have reported that the electric water heater for showers was short, but we had plenty of time for hot water. The apartment also has a magnificent terrace although the views of the avenue were not very good, but it is a luxury to be able to have a wine outdoors, really. Important for people with long hair: THERE IS NO DRYER It is important to know that although there is a 24-hour reception and it looks like an aparthotel, it is an apartment. That is, if you go for 4 days like we did, they don't change your sheets, they don't make your bed or they don't change your towels. One point that seemed ridiculous to me is the check-in (5 p.m.) and check-out (11 a.m.) times unless you pay more. On a weekend stay you practically condemn the guest to using the apartment for only a few hours. There is a lot of parking in the area but not enough for all the people staying. The apartments have their own parking that can be hired separately, something recommended because to go to Mercadona or the center it is better to take the car. In short, an apartment with the limitations of an aparthotel (you cannot bring anyone who is not registered into the room, for example ) but without its advantages (towel changes, beds made...) but a good option at a good price for short stays

I spent 2 nights with my place. Apart from the fact that the facilities are a bit neglected, the room was very cold and there was no heating, the spring bed was super uncomfortable to sleep in, the bathroom had no ventilation. Now yes, it was clean, but I wouldn't repeat it.
