The Hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Only the room's insonorization was not excellent as we could hear people in the next room and pillows were too low. We didn't try the breakfast so we can't say anything about that,

We were in this hotel one night to visit Zoom Torino. We found ourselves very good. Spacious and clean room, abundant and varied breakfast, both sweet and salty, even with things prepared at the moment. nice and available staff. We have not been able to try the beautiful pools, one of which is with sliding, because we have not been able to try the bad weather, and if we come back to the area we will certainly stay here.

Excellent clean hotel in super location right beside the Train station in the centre of Turin. The hotel staff are Fantastic, especially the staff working at reception. Sara was amazing, I called the hotel a few weeks in advance of our stay to confirm the secure on site parking and she was very helpful on the phone. She even remembered me when I mentioned the phone call to her. That is customer service!! Check in was easy and smooth, the man at reception even provided a local map with restaurants marked out that the hotel recommend. The room was big with a street view. Overall, very clean, safe & secure parking and amazing staff. Thank you for your Hospitality.

The hotel was huge, as was the room. It was all very smart, but a not very cosy, however, it fulfilled our criteria as an over night stop whilst traveling for home, close to the motorway and absolutely loads of free parking. They have a pool but you have to pay extra to use it! They have a restaurant onsite, we didn’t particularly like the menu so walked about 10 minutes to an Irish Bar that served a huge variety of food. Breakfast had a large selection and was plentiful. Check in and check out was easy, all staff spoke perfect English.

I was in this hotel to go to see relatives. Excellent welcome, they gave me an advance check-in free. The hotel is very nice and well maintained. spacious and clean rooms. It is 500 metres from the centre, but in a quiet area. I used the very equipped gym, open h 24. I was informed that it will soon open the adjacent restaurant again. Great breakfast with sweets made at home. I'll certainly return next year with my companion!!!!

Very central location (5 minutes walk from P. San Carlo), beautiful, large rooms, comfortable beds, good styling with modern and classical elements, fully-equipped bathroom, kitchenette and minibar, welcome amenity, friendly and helpful communication throughout the stay, self-service checkin outside reception opening hours without any problems and flawless --＞ VERY strong recommendation if you're ok with a no 24x7 reception, no embedded restaurant or breakfast place (for the latter - please remember that this is Italy - just go to one of numerous coffee bars in a very short walk, get yourself a cappuccino and a cornetto, and be happy!). Palazzo del Carretto is a perfect way to start your discovery of Torino. Loved it.

The team is very professional and helpful. Car park chargeable available in the square few meters away from the gate of the building. Many restaurants in the square and around the place. Nice area for walking or jogging nearby, river, park and hills! Great value for money!
