We booked the hotel via the zoom.it website (zoo nearby). We were told that since we booked it via this web, swimming pool facilities were not included unless we paid 5e per person per day (2 adults + 2 kids, total 20e), so we did not pay (therefore did not use ) as we were gonna be max. 2 hours a day in the pool. Room was a disaster, dirty, scratchy sheets, rusty shower doors, no shower soaps (they give it though.. we were just not lucky.. since we found the used ones of the people staying before. We found their amenities together with a bathroom glass dirty with their toothpaste ...) Breakfast.. another disaster..dirty tables and not a lot of choice: croissants, ham, cheese and bread. Cappuccino and juice. Orange juice we were lucky to have it the first day, second day peach and carrot. We asked for orange .. no luck. I guess all the stars are inside the pool we could not use.. the hotel gets two stars maximum. FYI, the pool is shared with a local gym.

Thw hotel building & room is old same as most italoan hotels, but out side facility like outdoor swiming pool & bulding of gym& spa there are perfect to use.

Pulito e con tanti servizi alcuni a pagamento piscina con acqua per me un po' fredda personale tutto gentile e preparato la stanza poi bellissima e pulita

Siamo stati un paio di giorni per visitare Torino. Sinceramente da un quattro stelle mi aspettavo di più. Partendo dal parcheggio, che durante il fine settimana è impossibile reperire perché non è esclusiva dei clienti dell'hotel per via della piscina aperta a tutti, dall'assenza di aria condizionata negli spazi comuni, proprio per questo la sala colazione era piena di mosche per via della porta sempre aperta, nella stanza presenza di muffa e ragni, forse ne avrò uccisi almeno una decina in due notti! Letto abbastanza comodo. Anche la piscina purtroppo non è esclusiva dei clienti dell'albergo di conseguenza è impraticabile per la numerosa gente che entra dall'esterno. Colazione nella media, ottimo cappuccino. Personale gentilissimo,infatti le tre stelle sono principalmente per questo. In base alla mia esperienza, non lo consiglio e ovviamente non ci tornerei in famiglia

Siamo stati in questo hotel due notti in occasione di una gara di pattinaggio nel locale palazzo del ghiaccio. L'hotel ci fa un'ottima impressione da fuori ma la camera quadrupla che ci è stata data non ci ha fatto la stessa impressione. Ormai stagionata, avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinfrescata. Dal bagno, che ne avrà visti di clienti, ai serramenti a soffitto con apertura elettrica che funzionano a singhiozzo, alla maniglia della porta che ti rimane in mano. Manca poi quel minimo di privacy tra i letti dei bambini e degli adulti, trovandosi tutti allineati nello stesso stanzone. Durante il giorno, con la finestra leggermente aperta si stava bene, ma di notte si moriva di caldo. Ho provato ad abbassare il riscaldamento ma non ci sono riuscito. Alla fine ho fatto partite l'aria condizionata che ha rinfrescato un po' la stanza. Con la pioggia, trovandosi nel sottotetto, si sente il rumore per tutto il tempo. A colazione una buona scelta di dolci e ci hanno fatto anche la spremuta e i succhi di frutta (pagati a parte). Molto gentile il personale soprattutto in termini di flessibilità last minute a cambiare la prenotazione visti i cambi di giorni di gara per lutto nazionale.

Ho passato 2 notti in questa struttura per trasferta di lavoro.
Scelto perché è uno dei pochi che si può prenotare e pagare poi dopo in struttura, fondamentale per ottenere la fattura.
Personale professionale, camera ok, letto molto comodo, TV minuscola, bagno senza finestra e ventola poco efficace (il bagno rimane sempre umido per ore dopo la doccia)
Struttura grande con tanti servizi, come palestra e spa, peccato che siano a pagamento (circa 12/15€ cadauno).
Parcheggio ampio ma non facile trovare posto dalle 18 alle 20
Ristorante Rosso pomodoro attaccato ok se non si vuole prendere l’auto per uscire.
