We booked the hotel via the zoom.it website (zoo nearby). We were told that since we booked it via this web, swimming pool facilities were not included unless we paid 5e per person per day (2 adults + 2 kids, total 20e), so we did not pay (therefore did not use ) as we were gonna be max. 2 hours a day in the pool. Room was a disaster, dirty, scratchy sheets, rusty shower doors, no shower soaps (they give it though.. we were just not lucky.. since we found the used ones of the people staying before. We found their amenities together with a bathroom glass dirty with their toothpaste ...) Breakfast.. another disaster..dirty tables and not a lot of choice: croissants, ham, cheese and bread. Cappuccino and juice. Orange juice we were lucky to have it the first day, second day peach and carrot. We asked for orange .. no luck. I guess all the stars are inside the pool we could not use.. the hotel gets two stars maximum. FYI, the pool is shared with a local gym.

hotel bellissimo curato nei minimi dettagli, camera con idromassaggio, camera praticamente nuova, personale gentilissimo e cordiale pronto a soddisfare ogni minima richiesta. Colazione ottima e abbondante. L'albergo offre anche la possibilità di usufruire delle piscine estive oltre al avere una piscina coperta e un centro benessere.

Ci sono andato perché era vicino al Parco Zoom Pasqua quindi non consiglio di andare perché era veramente orribile poveri animali però ci siamo salvati le nostre vacanze grazie a valutare Villa Glicini che non l'ho mai visto hotel più bello hotel che abbia mai visto. All'interno del giocattoli dell'hotel c'è un acquapark come zona per bambini davanti alla coperta se un idromassaggio riservata agli adulti in modo che possano controllare i bambini in idromassaggio c'è anche un idromassaggio per bambini una spa sempre per gli adulti e delle camerate bellissime se prendi l'interno coppia hai anche l'idromassaggio in camera.

Endroit situé dans une zone commerciale, avec une route bruyante . Piscines ouvertes au public donc très fréquentées Piscine intérieure et spa fermés Chambres assez spacieuses mais sans vue , climatisation bruyante, manque d'articles de toilette Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus Personnel à l'accueil très agréable ( heureusement)

Hotel posizionato tra una trafficata strada statale e una affollatissima piscina pubblica. La struttura e le camere soffrono la carenza di manutenzione e la sensazione generale è di scarsa pulizia, quando non proprio di sporcizia. Le camere sono piccole, con mobilia minimal e cadaveri di zanzare che decorano pareti e soffitti. Il posizionamento della camera è indifferente, su un lato c’è il rumore del traffico e sull’altro il caos della piscina. C’è un ampio parcheggio, peccato che sia preso d’assalto dagli utenti della piscina che poco se ne fregano se i posti sono per i clienti dell’hotel. La colazione è di tipo continentale con prodotti industriali ma nella media di quello che può offrire un albergo italiano. Molto distante da potersi definire 4 stelle. Adatto forse per pernottamenti mordi e fuggi di lavoro, ma in zona c’è di meglio.

Abbiamo pernottato una notte in una quadrupla. La stanza pulita è grande ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Letti comodi, temperatura in camera ottima. Colazione nella media, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, personale disponibile, parcheggio comodo e gratuito.

Assolutamente non un 4 stelle. Arredamento logoro. Aria condizionata in camera mal funzionante, per cui o bora a 23 gradi direttamente sul letto della bambina o caldo torrido. Sala colazione triplo piccola per tutti gli ospiti, ma colazione nella media. Almeno una stella sicuramente da togliere, almeno. Sembra invece bella l’area piscina, ma non ne ho usufruito. Chouette hôtel, personnel sympa, bon rapport qualité-prix. Le bâtiment contenant le SPA, la salle de fitness, la piscine intérieure est top. Grand parking, un restaurant juste à côté. Y'a derrière l'hôtel, un terrain de tennis, une piscine extérieure, grande terrasse pour bronzer, des jeux pour les enfants. L'hôtel est situé au bord d'une route à grand trafic. Pas loin de Pinerolo, de Turin

Dalle stelle alle ..... Siamo due famiglie che hanno alloggiato presso l'hotel per poter visitare lo zoom. Abbiamo chiesto (un mese prima dell'arrivo) se potevano riservarci due camere vicine e ci hanno accontentati, ma ......:all'arrivo ci vengono assegnate le stanze 201 e 203. La camera 201 è una camera per disabili e non ci hanno avvisato. Affidandoci una camera per disabili hanno tolto la possibilità a una persona disabile di poter prenotare e avere le dovute riguardatezze (ma forse è stata la sua fortuna) e a noi invece hanno messo in difficolta perche il bagno, non essendo dotato di barriere, ad ogni doccia fatta era un allagamento! Ma questo è il meno. La camera 201 più che una stanza di hotel a 4 stelle sembrava una tenda da campeggio per gli abitanti che alloggiavano nella stessa: ragni sparsi qua e là con le loro belle ragnatele e un bel formicaio.... Poi vogliamo parlare della muffa ? Ora dico.... ma perché dare stanze ridotte in questo modo ? Per quanto riguarda la colazione niente da dire, non di eccellente qualità ma normale. Allego foto
