We booked the hotel via the zoom.it website (zoo nearby). We were told that since we booked it via this web, swimming pool facilities were not included unless we paid 5e per person per day (2 adults + 2 kids, total 20e), so we did not pay (therefore did not use ) as we were gonna be max. 2 hours a day in the pool. Room was a disaster, dirty, scratchy sheets, rusty shower doors, no shower soaps (they give it though.. we were just not lucky.. since we found the used ones of the people staying before. We found their amenities together with a bathroom glass dirty with their toothpaste ...) Breakfast.. another disaster..dirty tables and not a lot of choice: croissants, ham, cheese and bread. Cappuccino and juice. Orange juice we were lucky to have it the first day, second day peach and carrot. We asked for orange .. no luck. I guess all the stars are inside the pool we could not use.. the hotel gets two stars maximum. FYI, the pool is shared with a local gym.

Siamo stati in questo hotel due notti in occasione di una gara di pattinaggio nel locale palazzo del ghiaccio. L'hotel ci fa un'ottima impressione da fuori ma la camera quadrupla che ci è stata data non ci ha fatto la stessa impressione. Ormai stagionata, avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinfrescata. Dal bagno, che ne avrà visti di clienti, ai serramenti a soffitto con apertura elettrica che funzionano a singhiozzo, alla maniglia della porta che ti rimane in mano. Manca poi quel minimo di privacy tra i letti dei bambini e degli adulti, trovandosi tutti allineati nello stesso stanzone. Durante il giorno, con la finestra leggermente aperta si stava bene, ma di notte si moriva di caldo. Ho provato ad abbassare il riscaldamento ma non ci sono riuscito. Alla fine ho fatto partite l'aria condizionata che ha rinfrescato un po' la stanza. Con la pioggia, trovandosi nel sottotetto, si sente il rumore per tutto il tempo. A colazione una buona scelta di dolci e ci hanno fatto anche la spremuta e i succhi di frutta (pagati a parte). Molto gentile il personale soprattutto in termini di flessibilità last minute a cambiare la prenotazione visti i cambi di giorni di gara per lutto nazionale.

Esperienza non positiva . Personale gentile e colazione buona .La stanza molto deludente . Divano letto scomodissimo , mancanza di coperte , bagno con chiari segni di usura e scarsa manutenzione. Ricarica per auto elettrica a prezzo fisso di 35€. Soluzione poco logica e costosa se non devi fare una ricarica completa. Non ci torneremo di sicuro

Sporcizia e muffa in camera . Soffione della doccia rotto e pieno di calcare . Silicone della doccia staccato e pieno di muffa . Non darei nemmeno 2 stelle per una cosa così . Poggia testa del letto consumato , pezzi che si staccano . Parlo per la mia camera , non conosco le alte .

Mi aspettavo di più, sono onesto. Credo che tre stelle siano più giuste. Pulizia camera approssimativa , colazione nella norma di un tre stelle . Personale della portineria garbato ,stessa cosa inerente il bar . Un hotel che può esprimere molto di più.

hotel bellissimo curato nei minimi dettagli, camera con idromassaggio, camera praticamente nuova, personale gentilissimo e cordiale pronto a soddisfare ogni minima richiesta. Colazione ottima e abbondante. L'albergo offre anche la possibilità di usufruire delle piscine estive oltre al avere una piscina coperta e un centro benessere.

Ci sono andato perché era vicino al Parco Zoom Pasqua quindi non consiglio di andare perché era veramente orribile poveri animali però ci siamo salvati le nostre vacanze grazie a valutare Villa Glicini che non l'ho mai visto hotel più bello hotel che abbia mai visto. All'interno del giocattoli dell'hotel c'è un acquapark come zona per bambini davanti alla coperta se un idromassaggio riservata agli adulti in modo che possano controllare i bambini in idromassaggio c'è anche un idromassaggio per bambini una spa sempre per gli adulti e delle camerate bellissime se prendi l'interno coppia hai anche l'idromassaggio in camera.

Endroit situé dans une zone commerciale, avec une route bruyante . Piscines ouvertes au public donc très fréquentées Piscine intérieure et spa fermés Chambres assez spacieuses mais sans vue , climatisation bruyante, manque d'articles de toilette Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus Personnel à l'accueil très agréable ( heureusement)
