Everything was nice,the only part of the room was very low and has a window on the roof and no curtains and all the lights from outside was inside, make very hard to sleep special for kids.best regards, Zouhaier.

The Hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Only the room's insonorization was not excellent as we could hear people in the next room and pillows were too low. We didn't try the breakfast so we can't say anything about that,

Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel per tre giorni in occasione di una gita scolastica, complessivamente le camere erano pulite e ordinate, tuttavia la qualità del cibo era pessima e i piatti serviti erano palesemente usciti dal supermercato; inoltre siamo stati serviti in un salone a parte rispetto agli altri clienti con uno scaldavivande in stile mensa. La colazione presentava una scelta ristretta per gli studenti, mentre per i clienti "di serie A" la colazione era di migliore in qualità e quantità. Considerando che sogni ospite ha pagato la stessa quota il trattamento è stato iniquo.

Hotel in una posizione piuttosto scomoda, distante dal centro. Camere con odore terribile da chiuso, capelli per terra, poi colazione non male ma la cena proprio pessima. Senza cattiveria ma la prossima volta che vado a Torino piuttosto dormo in macchina.

Pochi Hotel sanno fornire il rispetto per il cliente come hanno fatto loro. Abbiamo vissuto poco il team ma quel poco è bastato per vedere tutta la loro professionalità. Hotel collocato nella pace delle montagne Torinesi dall'aria buona da respirare
