I really appreciate the service of this hotel.
I left an IPAD in the room and my friend left a watch. When we contacted the hotel, they responded quickly. Although some staff had difficulty communicating with them, we were able to get our things back in the end. At the same time, TRIP.COM customer service also helped us in this matter.

The area is an excellent compromise between expensive places and dodgy areas, literally ten minutes walk from the station and half an hour from the center (we always went on foot without problems). Very clean, impeccable, new room with everything you need, I would even say quiet because it overlooked an internal courtyard. The terrace is nice. Quick check in and very quick response on the phone when we arrived.
A special mention for the lady who cleaned the rooms in the morning, because she was kind, gave us lots of advice and her impeccable work was evident.
Super recommended!

I think it is a pretty good hotel if you go to or come to the airport late at night or early in the morning. The room is small and there is no refrigerator, but the staff is kind and will book the car properly if you specify the time. Not a taxi, but a regular passenger car came, so it would probably be a white taxi that is affiliated with the hotel. The price is fixed 25 euros. It was about 10 minutes to ride at 4:30 in the early morning, so I felt a little high, but it was good that there was no worry about being further swallowed (laughs). Also, I couldn't eat breakfast because it was early in the morning, but the staff gave me coffee and juice.
The location is subtle to use as a sightseeing hotel normally. It is about 2 minutes walk from the tram 1 station, but there are few shops around. It takes about 15 minutes by tram from Galibaldi station.
