My wife and I stayed at the structure in the last week of August (between the beginning of September) and we found ourselves very well. First of all I would like to specify, beyond the name, the structure offers only weekly Residence service (usually from Saturday to Saturday) with weekly change of linen. The mini-houses are very comfortable, quite well-kept and with a beautiful seafront view and if you take the ground floor you will have a nice large patio where you can spend your free time to relax, have lunch, chat with friends, etc. etc. The rooms consist of a living room-kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, equipped with air conditioning and flat screen televisions in both rooms, free wi-fi that "works" well (compared to other structures where the wifi works really badly, here it is and it's fine), quite comfortable bathroom with very comfortable shower! The internal parking is small but sufficient for all guests of the Residence. For the rest what to say, we want to thank the owner in the person of Mr. Aldo Scuotto for having been able to welcome us to the structure with grace and kindness and we hope to return again next year.

it is a mini apartment directly on the sea, there is a small equipped kitchenette, towels and sheets included as if it were a beb but without breakfast included ... the parking is inside and reserved, practically located almost in the center, factories, bars and restaurants right next to the structure, I recommend it for those looking for a holiday without hotel hours
