Not far from the fair and the city center, so in an excellent position. It offers large and clean rooms, with the only drawback being the slightly narrow bathroom and an even narrower shower. Excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory and friendly staff. Free parking a plus.

I stayed overnight in this structure discovered on booking, and I discovered a completely renovated hotel, like new, still nearing completion, but with very high potential to become one of the best in Bologna and its surroundings; very easy to reach, excellent welcome, but you can already notice it on the phone, modern, elegant and very clean style, very nice room, with all the comforts and 5-star accessories, the only thing being the small shower; adjacent parking, behind it an excellent typical Emilian restaurant (tried it) and next to it an oriental restaurant for those who love sushi. Both the varied and quality breakfast and the service were excellent; finally excellent value for money, we will definitely return.

La mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata pessima in quanto la stanza si è presentata sporca,polverosa,asciugamani sporchi,doccia sporca con peli e capelli, muri sporchi,vociare alto fino alle due di notte...non vale assolutamente 4 stelle!

Hotel ristrutturato di recente, dopo anni di abbandono e in effetti si presenta molto bene, con dei rivestimenti simil marmo molto gradevoli. E' distante da Bologna fiere, è praticamente a Granarolo. Accoglienza ottima, simpatica la persona alla reception, sembra a conduzione molto famigliare. La stanza si apre con un codice numerico, ma la corrente all'interno della stanza si avvia inserendo la scheda tradizionale, che non mi era stata consegnata, poco male dopo qualche prova, sono sceso e si è rimediato. Stanza gradevole, con una tv da 50 pollici e un impianto di riscaldamento molto efficiente. Bagno sporco, così come la stanza in generale, polverosa e trascurata. Buona la qualità del sonno, non ho provato la colazione. Concludendo, come albergo business lo consiglio, visto il prezzo conveniente, sperando con il tempo migliori su alcuni aspetti. Ampio parcheggio a 50 metri.
