I stayed here for one night when I first got to Bologna. The service was absolutely outstanding. We accidentally booked at The Emma Hotel in a different area but the staff at the one we were at let us stay for the night for free. The room was beautiful and so was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was also delicious with a large selection to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean rooms…!!Towels and sheets changed every day….Nice people willing to help….The hotel is new so everything is new and clean. Delicious Buffet breakfast with many options…. Definitely recommend it!!!!We will be back for sure!!!

The hotel is located in Granarolo, about twenty minutes from Bologna, so very convenient. Truly unbeatable value for money for what it offers: breakfast and free parking, renovated and clean room. The only flaw is that the bathroom is quite small, but for a short stay it doesn't create any problems at all. Very friendly staff, answered all our questions; breakfast offers a varied and good quality choice.

I stayed overnight in this structure discovered on booking, and I discovered a completely renovated hotel, like new, still nearing completion, but with very high potential to become one of the best in Bologna and its surroundings; very easy to reach, excellent welcome, but you can already notice it on the phone, modern, elegant and very clean style, very nice room, with all the comforts and 5-star accessories, the only thing being the small shower; adjacent parking, behind it an excellent typical Emilian restaurant (tried it) and next to it an oriental restaurant for those who love sushi. Both the varied and quality breakfast and the service were excellent; finally excellent value for money, we will definitely return.

We stayed in this hotel for just one night, it is located 9 km from the center of Bologna but in a very convenient position to reach the city center in about 15 minutes by car. The rooms are new and well furnished, not huge but comfortable with a very comfortable double bed, everything very clean, efficient bathroom, abundant breakfast with excellent cakes and croissants, savory with cold cuts and cheese, eggs and bacon, hot drinks served at the table. Kind and attentive staff who resolved some of my requests brilliantly. Free internal parking. All this for only 70.00 euros. Highly recommended for location, quality and price.

Purtroppo non posso lasciare una recensione positiva,la camera non era pulitissima,il bollitore per l'acqua presente in camera era sporco fuori e dentro,qualcuno lo aveva usato e nn è stato pulito dallo staff delle pulizie,la maniglia del bagno cadeva in continuazione, mancava la carta igienica,il bagno così piccolo che bisognava fare a turni,il box doccia perdeva l'acqua, sotto la doccia un avanzo di bottiglietta del bagno doccia dei clienti precedenti. In sala colazioni i tavoli venivano puliti con poca cura ,cerano gli avanzi delle briciole di chi ha mangiato prima le tovagliette multiuso e le tazze sul buffet erano sporche . Torno a casa sperando di non avermi presa qualche malatia. Nota positiva il letto comodo .

Sono stato in questo hotel la scorsa notte. La struttura è in fase di ristrutturazione, semplice , carina. Stanza carina, dotato di tutto ciò che serve (asciugamani, kit cortesia, phon, aria condizionata) manca ancora qualcosa , bagno piccolo, la doccia è piccola ma ci si riesce a lavarsi tranquillamente (avevo letto commenti che uno in sovrappeso non ci sarebbe entrato ma non è vero). Se serve un hotel d'appoggio senza grosse pretese secondo me è valido. Personale disponibile e molto cordiale. Vicino c'è una trattoria molto carina, ottimi prodotti ed un sushi. Unica pecca: non è in zona Bologna Fiera ma più avanti, a Granarolo.
