I had to copy and paste another person's experience as it fully reflects my thoughts. Truly horrible and depressing experience, the worst and most disgusting food in the world you can only find here!!! The rooms are cold (it is December and yet the radiators are still off), there is no shower tray, the waiters are grumpy, the owner even more so and mostly rude and rude, the food is really terrible: hair on the plates, coke watered down, raw dishes, almost no alternative food for the intolerant; Dirty carpets, creaking doors, truly awful breakfast: stinky milk, burnt coffee, yellow ham, spoiled cereals, poor quality fruit. The other evening, baked pasta was brought to us, a friend of mine declared herself lactose intolerant, the dish was simply taken away from her and it was brought back again (the same dish) without mozzarella.

Horrible experience, we stayed from the 24th to the 26th for lunch, an experience not to be repeated even for free, tasteless and poor quality food, frozen appetizers, black silver cutlery and dirty glasses, breakfast with 1 frozen croissant each, a hard tart, milk and coffee watery, thank goodness there was at least 1 pack of packaged rusks per person with butter, rubber bread, room cleaning never carried out by the staff in 3 days of stay, room with hole curtains, dust and written walls, with antique furniture, I asked for a towel as a change and was told that it had to be rented for a fee, swimming pool with sewer water, full of centipedes, no lifeguard, and with broken ceiling panels, the spa only had cold showers and a tub with l 'hydromassage with the jet under the legs, Turkish bath turned off and mini sauna (at least this one worked), slow cook, heartbroken waiters, the baby menu was always the same for all 3 days, need I say anything else? Never again .

Hotel not deserving of a star. A horror. When we arrived, it seemed to us that the hotel had just reopened after 2 years of Covid: swimming pool all green and muddy, catering of very poor quality, aging rooms...

As soon as we arrived we looked at the double bed room coupled with two beds with a depressing SPA square. We had dinner on Saturday evening and found the same dishes on Sunday for lunch to be of zero quality and absolutely not to be done again

The structure is located very far from the town, so in the evening you feel "segregated" in the hotel, since there is not even a transport service to reach the town and go for a walk. Upon our arrival, the welcome was very cold and detached; limited simply to the delivery of the card to access the room. Oh I forgot... the key card was torn and recycled I don't know how many times! This is the first negative image... The spacious and bright room, equipped with a large window that could also be opened. The cleanliness left something to be desired: stained lampshade, very dusty and dirty carpet, curtains burned by cigarettes, cobwebs around the windows, and I'll stop there! The restaurant room is very large and airy. The service was quite fast, but the dining room staff were NOT wearing masks or had them under their noses. But in addition to dropping a plate with the second course, the waiter brought too many plates at once, and these were literally thrown in front of the diner. Last note, the most striking one, since the waiter was NOT wearing a mask, his breath had a certain alcoholic note, leaving a stench at every step. Often the reception is left without service staff, even upon our departure not even a greeting or a goodbye! Which certainly WILL NOT be there...

So solo che i miei occhi hanno dovuto vedere cose inaccettabili,le mie orecchie hanno dovuto ascoltare cose improbabili,la mia bocca ha dovuto mangiare cose discutibili! Ho visto quattro stelle ... SCADENTI! Fate qualcosa per salvarvi ... Investite sulla sicurezza , sulle proposte culinarie, sul personale!!!
