The agreed price was not the one paid. I had to pay for an unwanted service due to their lack. The booked room was occupied and the replaced one had some unrequested optional (hot tub) that I had not even used and I had to pay for. Their poor service was paid for at my expense. My honesty was to pay without being informed of the difference. The air conditioning connected to their Wi-Fi was turned off at their pleasure. During the night you could smell the stench of smoke that someone had previously stayed. Terrible experience for a few pennies. Go elsewhere.

I give 5 stars because there are no more. Everything was excellent: cleanliness, attention to detail, friendliness of the owner, price, location, etc. Breakfast is not served on site, but the cafeteria that offers it is very close by. Even so, it is possible to drink coffee and infusions at any time. I recommend without a doubt!

La sistemazione ideale per visitare Gravina. In pieno centro, a 100 passi dal ponte acquedotto, questo simpatico B&B ristrutturato da solo due anni, rappresenta forse la miglior sistemazione possibile. Con un prezzo molto onesto, si ha a disposizione tutto il necessario: una stanza pulitissima, letto comodissimo, colazione compresa in un bar a due passi, possibilità di parcheggio sulla via. L’accoglienza è cordialissima e l’unica pecca può essere la ventilazione leggermente fastidiosa del bagno chiuso che però dura per un breve periodo.

Séjour d’une nuit à Gravina in Puglia
La structure du B&B est récente et les installations sont en très bon état. Très bien situé dans la vieille ville, ascenseur pour les bagages ou les personnes ayant des difficultés de marche, possibilité de prendre un expresso et une collation près de l’accueil, la chambre est toutefois très petite et il n’est pas aisé d’y circuler, mettre ses bagages ; elle est aussi sombre (pas d’éclairage extérieur). Accueil moyen. Petit déjeuner a prendre dans un bar à une centaine de mètres( café et cornet to).

Struttura moderna ed accogilete posizionata all'interno di un edificio del centro storico. Comoda da raggiungere, utile per chi deve spostartsi all'interno del centro storico (prevalentemente pedonale), in prossimità di molte attrazioni della città. Dotata di un ascensore per chi ha difficoltà a deambulare su per le scale di accesso alle stanze. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Ottima esperienza.
