The hotel location is in the middle of town which can easily to access most sightseeing spot. The room so comfy make me feel like at home and the service is thoughtful. Every guest will have a welcome gift basket and cards. It’s value for money. I am very happy to come again to stay next time.

Very satisfied!! This is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Spain. It's an apartment-style hotel. Check-in was originally scheduled for 3:00 PM, but we arrived a little after 11:00 AM. The front desk staff was very nice and helped us contact the cleaning staff to arrange an early check-in. The apartment is well-equipped and the minibar is free. The location is also very good, only a 10-minute walk from the church and the Royal Palace. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel is located near Metropol Parasol, a lively area with a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. It's not far from the Cathedral and the Royal Palace, but a bit far from Plaza de España. The room was nicely designed and provided basic cooking utensils and cutlery, but condiments were not available, so you had to bring your own. The bedding was average; throughout our three-night stay, I couldn't help but feel the sheets weren't clean. On our first day, after cleaning the room, we returned to the hotel to find our hairbrush missing. Overall, it's a family-friendly hotel, but the overall experience was average.
