The view from the sea view room is amazing! Extremely beautiful when sunny or partly cloudy!
The front desk service and room service are very attentive and enthusiastic!
We provide pick-up service at META station! I only found out about this when I checked in. If I had known, I wouldn't have gone through the trouble of moving my suitcases.
The dining is first class, very Italian!
The housing facilities are relatively simple. But the above advantages are already very satisfactory.

Very very nice staff, incredibly helpful with everything from parking to breakfast etc! What could have been better is the AC which was very weak so it was always hot and humid in the room, and the beds (3 separate 80 cm wide) felt small and like folding tent beds. Only one narrow pillow per bed. During the late evening, cruise ships shot off loud fireworks that sounded like bombs, very disturbing because it lasted for about 30 minutes. The TV in the room was old so you couldn't connect your mobile to watch Netflix/YouTube etc. Sad because everything on the TV channels is dubbed into Italian :/
The area was super beautiful with a very beautiful view from the room! Wonderful beach below the hotel. 15 min by car to Sorrento.

Hotel offered a beautiful view the Ocean. We stayed early July and unfortunately there was construction going on while we there. Poor internet figured out late the lobby has internet when we needed it. Breakfast spread lacked but toast and jam helped ! Clean rooms, they provided us a remote for the display in the room but it didn’t work. Friendly but pretty basic. The hotel has some nice views of the Ocean possibly a better place to stay in the future.

The hotel is well placed for a summer holiday. The beach is located right under, and the sun rises behind the hotel. The beach doesn't belong to the hotel. 2 sun beds and an umbrella = euro 25! It has dirty rooms, old and rusty window-doors. I was amazed by the dirt in this hotel, which is however a 4* one. The shower cabin is very small, I couldn't bend to wash my feet. I could hardly enter into it, as the sink blocks the way in. Never again.

Great location with amazing views, but the hotel and its rooms were outdated. The pool was nothing special; it was small with no area for people to lounge. It was hard to walk somewhere to eat. Nothing seemed to be open within walking distance.

The WiFi connection throughout the entire hotel was horrible. There was a VERY limited selection for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and assigned seating! Not okay! Also, people lingering outside the hotel until 1 or 2am in the morning, chit chatting and shooting the breeze without any regard to people trying to sleep. Seriously, can’t the hotel staff send them on the their way, AWAY from the hotel?? And to top it all, there is one of the butlers (older guy, white-ish combed over hair, glasses, about 5 ft 7in) who was inappropriately touching a woman hotel guest on 5/20/25 and she looked uncomfortable. Really? Why would the hotel staff ignore that or allow that kind of behavior, unbelievable! Advice: any other hotel is better.
