With children, having two beds solves the problem. It happened to be very hot in Venice, and I found that the air conditioner was relatively old and could be used. The facilities are generally quite old.

The hotel is good value for money. It is cleaned every day, the staff is friendly. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away, which goes to and from Venice. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The area is quiet and clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. My only complaint is the size of the shower. It is narrow for larger Europeans, but we managed.

Totally value for money. 5 min walk from the train and bus station, with easy connections to Venice and area. Super friendly staff, available 24/7. The room was simple, but we had everything we've needed. We even had a small balcony .Great air conditioning-very important in these hot days.

Hotel Montepiana is a cute and small hotel close to the Mestre train station with polite staff.The room was clean although small and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom could be bigger and i would prefer a better soap and shampoo variety. In general its a really good and cheap hotel for whoever likes to visit Venice on a budget

Excellent service! Very close to train station for transport to Venice city centre. Free parking is great and accessible. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Decent accomodation for agreeable price,

Good hotel, terrible service. BE CAREFUL. Do not use the hotel's street to get to the train station, even though it is 300 meters away. Especially at night. Some drugged-up Africans hang around the corner of the station, waiting for something silly to happen. We were approached by them. It is better to go around the block.

Good morning everyone. Very convenient hotel for visiting Venice, close to the train station so very convenient. Clean hotel, spacious rooms, normal breakfast, the only flaw was the mattress, everything else was perfect.
