Lovely hotel in a great location. Room a bit small for 3 people but not the end of the world it was spotless. Will stay here again if I return to Venice.

The room was hot because the airconditioning unit was not working. They only provided 1 unit of electric fan.

Good breakfast and comfy beds. Close to Mestre town center. Bus stop just round the corner which takes you down to the island. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights.
When we arrived, the reception was jammed. There were two people there, but only one was checking us in.
The person who helped us was friendly.
Due to the number of people, there was a line to get to the elevator.
The room was fine. It had a view of the Mestre Library.
The Wi-Fi didn't work the entire first day.
The bathroom was only half-clean, and the toilet bowl was dirty.
We checked out in the early morning because our bus was leaving at that time.
The person who helped us was unfriendly.
The location is convenient to the Venice canals. The price was reasonable. However, I wouldn't return.

Stayed 1 night. Didn't like area with homeless and druggies hanging around front of hotel, approaching people who pass by. The owners need to complain to police as it affects their clients.
My honest opinion, reception staff insincere, not bothered about guests. Room was old, no amenities, no kettle, cup or even a glass to drink from. Bed linen was clean and bed was comfy.
