Favourite place in Venice! Very near to bus stop, one bus to old city. Wonderful room and kind host :)Kitchen with coffe machine, fridge, stove and other supplies you need. I'm sure to choose again this place :)

Excellent dinner and a real opportunity for gluten-free individuals to find something tasty that they can be sure does not contain gluten. The tomato pasta (gluten free) and the prosciutto pizza were two highlights.

I booked a room on April 22nd, too bad it was overbooked. Hotels. Com did not collect the commission, but the hotel did! Since then I have sent dozens of messages to the property to get a refund, to no avail. They pretend not to speak Italian, replying in English in the hope that you will give up. I strongly discourage anyone to book at this property!

Pessimo 🤢🤢🤢...Schifo le foto non coincide, in realtà si trova in un palazzo a mestre dove sono 5 camere è un bagno comune dove vanno tutti 🤦♀️🤢per 100 €,bagno sporchisimo,camera sporca aria condizionata non ce. CE un ventilatore pieno di polvere .Non andate, la persona che ha fatto vedere la stanza mal educato,mai più.. .preferisco pagare altri 40€ma avere il mio privacy.....Vergognatevi
