Location close to the station. Nice staff. nothing in the room though, just bed, towels, a sachet of shampoo and soap. Bed and pillows are old and uncomfortable.. walls of the room are too thin. Sleep was disturbed by Cleaning staff talking on the hallway early in the morning. Would recommend if this is your last option but otherwise, not worth compromising your comfort, sleep & rest for the price.

I didn't like the number. They gave it on the first floor next to the entrance to the hotel. That's why it was noisy. In the room, the bed was next to a sewer pipe and you could hear **** flowing through the pipes. Once again: the head of the bed was located close to the sewer pipe and when I was sleeping I could hear **** flowing through this pipe. What ***** thought of this? The next day I changed to another hotel nearby.

Instead of Google at home, it is better to go out to Google and travel thousands of miles to read thousands of books (Wikipedia). (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ The small refrigerator is hidden in the closet. ( ˙༥˙ )

Good location, pizza restaurant across the street is delicious. Recommended nearby restaurants are soso. The air conditioner works well and the hot water comes out well. However, lack of amenities

I could not recommend this Hotel. Very disappointed with this Hotel. I had booked one of the better rooms, requested a double bed and shower. On arrival, my room was so hot, I tried the air conditioner but it was not working. The receptionist explained that as it was not summer anymore, October!,the Air Conditioner was turned off. I had to open windows to cool the room and sleep with them open, so light , noise and mosquitoes. 2 very uncomfortable evenings. I was glad to leave. The bed was not a double but 2 twins pushed together so, also very uncomfortable. But, 2 days later I receive a call from the Hotel , demanding I pay €35 for cleaning of bed spread, that I had soiled. As far as I recall, the bed spread was not soiled when I left the room. I refused to pay. Definitely not even 1 star and too expensive.

Great location next to the train station and bus stops - 10-15 min to Venice, frequent trains. There is an airport bus stop as well. In the other direction 10 min walk to a big Spar where you can buy anything, including hot meals and good coffee at the entrance. Room not so modern, but clean. Nice bathroom, hot water and good water pressure all the time. Mini-fridge with no freezer was a bit weak, yet still convenient. Welcoming, helpful stuff. Awful bed spoiled the whole impression, honestly. For us personally it might be a deal breaker if to stay here again. If your room faces the road it's noisy early in the morning when the traffic and renovations nearby start.

The hotel is located across the street from the bus to Venice (10 minutes ride) and there are several parking lots around it. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and the breakfast was generous and tasty. Excellent croissants. There are no nice places to eat around the hotel but we did not mind because the whole day was spent in Venice. We had drinks in the hotel bar in the evening which was very convenient.

Customer service was great! However the room that we had 303 was dirty, the AC never cool off so the bedroom was very hot. We addressed the issue and they gave us a fan. The bathroom’s floor was dirty and the shower is super tiny, regular size person won’t fit in.

We stayed in this hotel on the occasion of the Redentore celebration in Venice. The staff is very kind and helpful, the room is spacious and clean, the bed perhaps a little too uncomfortable, a little hard and a pillow with a stained pillowcase, the bathroom is spacious, clean with a very large and comfortable shower, even if the hot water alternated with cold water in a somewhat annoying way. The area is not the best, in the evening it is not advisable to go around until late, especially for women alone, there are some unsavory characters, but for a night in transit it could be fine, also because it is 2 steps from the train station . Always check the offers on Trivago, there are notable price differences.

I stayed for the long weekend of June 2nd. The hotel is in a strategic position as it is very close to the train station and therefore very convenient for visiting the center of Venice. The cleanliness of the room is excellent, when you return to the room you can smell an excellent scent, furthermore the room is of adequate size, ours also had a small corner terrace. The negative points however are the air conditioning, in theory it works but in practice it doesn't cool at all, and the breakfast. The sweet part of breakfast is largely sufficient with the possibility of also having espresso coffees, however the savory part is totally absent except for boiled eggs. I was amazed, it had never happened to me in many years. The staff is very kind and attentive to all needs. If you are not a fan of continental breakfast, go there.
