Novotel is always our choice when we travel europe everything is fine just shock coz 25-29 degrees is still cold for them the pool is empty not allowed to swim so our plan to swim a bit ruin. the place is a bit far to walk coz 1 bus ride going to venice center. just also careful walking on pedestrian walk during rainy days coz the water might be flash to you while walking and ended wet 😅😅😅😅

The location was quite good because, it was very quiet and safety around the hotel we actually walk a little it was so nice, but it’s quite far away from the station bus is kinda difficult to go Venice city, other than that, it was good location , they also have Lidl close to the hotel. And hotel staff were nice too. And the room was so nice ! And it was very clean! It was was really comfortable staying 😆 but just one problem was sink was always leaking, so it was impossible to flow water all the time! Other than that, it was so nice:) thank you so much 😊

Such a bad hotel no service even no reception number

The hotel is not new but everything was fine. The location for going to tourist attractions is very good. The breakfast was not overwhelming but quite good.

Terrible experience! I cannot cancel my reservation even if it shows free canellable. Not recommended!

Clean hotel. Good selection for breakfast. A bit of a trek to the bus stop to take you into Venice with small kids. Only one plug socket in our room between 4 people. Good hotel for a base but not much around it.

They didn’t keep water on daily basis and not much available as expected in the room

I went to Venice on a business trip and chose this hotel. I highly recommend it to people who drive a car. The hotel parking lot is 8 euros per night, which is very cheap in Venice.

I arrived at the hotel due to a bad experience in the one I had booked and I recommend it 100%

Conditions are average and parking is more convenient.
